[Objectives]To establish a multi-indicator quality control method for the retention of Longqing Capsule based on the principle of prescription of Chinese medicine.[Methods]High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with ShimNex CS C 18 as the column;column temperature:35℃;wavelength:270 nm;methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase with gradient elution.[Results]The 12 components of the retention of Longqing Capsule showed good linearity within the investigated range(r≥0.9995),with the average spiked recoveries of 97.83%-100.52%and the RSD of 0.9%-2.1%.[Conclusions]The method is exclusive,sensitive,reproducible,simple and easy to use,and can provide a reference for the construction of the quality standard and control system of Longqing Capsule based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

矩形超声速射流激波啸叫模态特性实验研究

针对圆形及宽高比分别为1、1.5、2、10的4种矩形收缩喷管的超声速射流激波啸叫噪声的周向模态特性开展了实验测量研究。所有喷口具有相同的出口面积,并在同一射流模拟装置中进行,射流为冷喷流。研究在喷口出口近场区域周向等角度布置12... 针对圆形及宽高比分别为1、1.5、2、10的4种矩形收缩喷管的超声速射流激波啸叫噪声的周向模态特性开展了实验测量研究。所有喷口具有相同的出口面积,并在同一射流模拟装置中进行,射流为冷喷流。研究在喷口出口近场区域周向等角度布置12个传声器,采用短时互功率谱分析方法和短时滤波声能分析方法分别获得超声速欠膨胀射流激波啸叫相位及幅值的周向角分布情况。研究表明:宽高比为1的矩形超声速欠膨胀射流的模态特性与圆形射流基本一致,而宽高比大于1的矩形射流模态特性与圆形射流差异较大。低马赫数下,圆形和宽高比为1的矩形射流表现出稳定的轴对称模态,而宽高比大于1的矩形射流表现出不稳定的模态特征;较高马赫数下,圆形和宽高比为1的矩形射流表现出不稳定的螺旋或摆动模态,而宽高比大于1的矩形射流表现出稳定的沿短轴方向的摆动模态。 展开更多

固相萃取-液相色谱-质谱法测定污水中传统毒品及芬太尼类新型毒品的含量

取适量污水水样,调节酸度(采用HLB固相萃取法时,使用1.0 mol·L^(-1)盐酸溶液或1.0 mol·L^(-1)氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至7~8;采用MCX固相萃取法时,使用盐酸调节pH小于2),依次通过玻璃纤维滤膜和聚醚砜滤膜。取上述水样200 mL,加入... 取适量污水水样,调节酸度(采用HLB固相萃取法时,使用1.0 mol·L^(-1)盐酸溶液或1.0 mol·L^(-1)氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至7~8;采用MCX固相萃取法时,使用盐酸调节pH小于2),依次通过玻璃纤维滤膜和聚醚砜滤膜。取上述水样200 mL,加入200μL混合同位素内标溶液,混合均匀后过预先使用6 mL乙腈、6 mL水活化的固相萃取柱。控制过柱流量(小于4.0 mL·min-1)或使用重力自然流量,待上样结束后依次使用6 mL水、6 mL 5%(体积分数)甲醇溶液(HLB固相萃取法)或甲醇(MCX固相萃取法)淋洗,以真空泵继续抽3 min,用6 mL乙腈(HLB固相萃取法)或含5%(体积分数)氨水的乙腈溶液(MCX固相萃取法)洗脱。收集洗脱液,于40~45℃氮吹至干,以1.0 mL初始流动相超声振荡、涡旋复溶后,于4℃离心5 min,取上清液过0.22μm亲水性聚四氟乙烯滤膜,采用液相色谱-质谱法测定滤液中传统毒品及芬太尼类新型毒品的含量,同位素内标法定量。结果显示,传统毒品及芬太尼类新型毒品的质量浓度在一定范围内和目标化合物峰面积与其对应的同位素内标峰面积的比值呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.15~1.0 ng·L^(-1)。按照标准加入法进行回收试验,两种固相萃取法的相对回收率为76.2%~102%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于9.0%。按照两种方法.分析50份实际污水水样,按照检出率从高到低依次为可替宁、羟基可替宁、吗啡、甲卡西酮、可待因、甲基苯丙胺。经验证后基于HLB、MCX固相萃取的两种前处理方法差异并不显著,各方法学参数相近,HLB固相萃取法对目标化合物有良好的吸附、保留作用,而MCX固相萃取法对杂质含量较高污水的净化能力更强。在实践中,可同时采用两种萃取技术,以减少大体积水样测定结果误差,减少假阳性结果。 展开更多

冲击射流噪声归一化特性:总声压级和频谱

目的 系统解析七叶树Aesculus chinensis R2R3-MYB转录因子家族成员信息,明确其在不同组织器官中的表达模式,为该类基因在七叶树中生物学功能的研究提供参考。方法 利用生物信息学方法对七叶树的R2R3-MYB转录因子家族成员进行鉴定,并对... 目的 系统解析七叶树Aesculus chinensis R2R3-MYB转录因子家族成员信息,明确其在不同组织器官中的表达模式,为该类基因在七叶树中生物学功能的研究提供参考。方法 利用生物信息学方法对七叶树的R2R3-MYB转录因子家族成员进行鉴定,并对其进化关系、基因结构、理化性质、染色体定位和基因表达模式进行分析。结果 在七叶树全基因组中共鉴定出129条R2R3-MYB基因,分布在20条染色体上,进化分析结果显示R2R3-MYB家族基因被聚类到34个亚组中,其中S15亚组分布的七叶树R2R3-MYB成员最多为9个;共线性基因对在进化树的分支距离更近,且遗传距离较近的基因具有类似的内含子-外显子结构;在七叶树R2R3-MYB基因家族成员中共鉴定出53种不同类型的顺式作用元件;对七叶树不同组织部位的转录组数据分析,结合系统进化分析及七叶皂苷合成关键酶转录因子结合位点预测,推测AcMYB043、AcMYB059、AcMYB022、AcMYB012、AcMYB075、AcMYB111和AcMYB125基因可能参与七叶皂苷生物合成的调控。结论 通过对七叶树全基因组129个七叶树R2R3-MYB基因进行生物信息学分析,筛选出7个可能参与七叶皂苷生物合成调控的候选基因,为后续解析七叶皂苷转录调控机制研究奠定分子基础,对七叶皂苷的合成生物学研究和高产七叶皂苷七叶树的新品种培育具有重要指导意义。 展开更多

背景腹腔镜胃癌根治术在胃癌治疗中应用广泛,但患者术后多伴中重度疼痛.以往术后镇痛多依赖阿片类药物,其不良反应明显,且全麻易诱发认知功能障碍.联合右美托咪定可增强镇痛效应、减少认知功能损害,有利于促进预后恢复.目的探讨右美托... 背景腹腔镜胃癌根治术在胃癌治疗中应用广泛,但患者术后多伴中重度疼痛.以往术后镇痛多依赖阿片类药物,其不良反应明显,且全麻易诱发认知功能障碍.联合右美托咪定可增强镇痛效应、减少认知功能损害,有利于促进预后恢复.目的探讨右美托咪定静脉自控镇痛(patient controlled intravenousanalgesia,PCIA)联合静吸复合麻醉对胃癌患者术后48 h麻醉药物使用情况及早期认知功能的影响.方法选取2021-05/2024-03于我院择期拟行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的胃癌患者206例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=103)、研究组(n=103).两组术后均行PCIA,对照组泵注枸橼酸舒芬太尼、盐酸托烷司琼,研究组泵注枸橼酸舒芬太尼、盐酸托烷司琼、右美托咪定.比较两组术后不同时间点平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)、心率(heart rate,HR)、血氧饱和度(oxygen saturation,SpO2)、镇痛评分[视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分]、镇静评分[拉姆齐(Ramsay)镇静评分]、早期认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale,MoCA)评分、简易智能精神状态检查量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)评分]、血清相关因子[白介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group box 1 protein,HMGB1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]及术后48 h麻醉药物使用情况、不良反应发生率.结果研究组术后2 h-48 h MAP、HR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后12 h-48 h VAS评分低于对照组,MMSE、MoCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后24 h、48 h IL-6、TNF-α、HMGB1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后48 h内PCIA按压次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后2 h-48 h SpO2,术后2 h-48 hRamsay评分及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义.结论右美托咪定PCIA联合静吸复合麻醉可有效缓解胃癌患者术后48 h内疼痛,维持循环稳定,减轻术后认知功能障碍程度、炎症反应损伤,减少术后PCIA按压次数,安全性可靠. 展开更多

Constructing silicon(Si)-based composite electrodes that possess high energy density,long cycle life,and fast charging capability simultaneously is critical for the development of high performance lithium-ion batteries for mitigating range anxiety and slow charging issues in new energy vehicles.Herein,a thick silicon/carbon composite electrode with vertically aligned channels in the thickness direction(VC-SC)is constructed by employing a bubble formation method.Both experimental characterizations and theoretical simulations confirm that the obtained vertical channel structure can effectively address the problem of sluggish ion transport caused by high tortuosity in conventional thick electrodes,conspicuously enhance reaction kinetics,reduce polarization and side reactions,mitigate stress,increase the utilization of active materials,and promote cycling stability of the thick electrode.Consequently,when paired with LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622),the VC-SC||NCM622 pouch type full cell(~6.0 mAh cm^(-2))exhibits significantly improved rate performance and capacity retention compared with the SC||NCM622 full cell with the conventional silicon/carbon composite electrode without channels(SC)as the anode.The assembled VC-SC||NCM622 pouch full cell with a high energy density of 490.3 Wh kg^(-1)also reveals a remarkable fast charging capability at a high current density of 2.0 mA cm^(-2),with a capacity retention of 72.0%after 500 cycles. 展开更多

Forty-two eyes of 26 p... AIM: To evaluate the long-term outcome of viscocanalostomy combined with trabeculotomy and mitomycin C in the treatment of primary congenital glaucoma. METHODS: This is a retrospective study. Forty-two eyes of 26 patients with primary congenital glaucoma were enrolled, Intraocular pressure (lOP), corneal diameter (mm) and cup/disc (C/D) were measured before and after the surgery respectively. Follow-up period was 30mo. RESULTS: The mean preoperative lOP was 30.6:1:7.35 mm Hg. Of the 42 eyes, 2 eyes were required conversion to trabeculectomy for the absence of Schlemm's canal. Of remained 40 eyes, 38 eyes (95%) achieved successful lOP control. The average postoperative lOP was 11.69±4.18 mm Hg at 12mo. The mean reduction was 18.91 mm Hg (P〈0.00Ol). Eighteen (75%) eyes presented a reduction in corneal diameter, and 25 (62.5%) eyes presented a C/D ratio reversal after the surgery. There was no serious complication in any patients over the follow-up period. CONCLUSION: Viscocanalostomy combined with trabeculotomy and mitomycin C is useful in the management of primary congenital glaucoma, 展开更多

技术治理是社会治理变革的基础和推动力,其在基层治理实践中的运用会对乡镇干部的行动产生一定的影响。已有研究侧重于从制度约束与个体理性视角解释乡镇干部行动,缺少技术治理视角下的关注。那么,在政策执行过程中,技术治理何以影响乡... 技术治理是社会治理变革的基础和推动力,其在基层治理实践中的运用会对乡镇干部的行动产生一定的影响。已有研究侧重于从制度约束与个体理性视角解释乡镇干部行动,缺少技术治理视角下的关注。那么,在政策执行过程中,技术治理何以影响乡镇干部行动?论文以X市精准扶贫政策为例,通过实地调查和访谈的方法收集资料,采用过程分析法剖析技术治理对乡镇干部行动的影响机制。研究发现,技术治理通过加大政策执行风险的问责机制与压缩自由裁量权的数字化技术两种路径影响乡镇干部行动;在对政策特征进行识别的基础上,乡镇干部根据技术治理介入程度,策略式地采取权力寻租、形式主义、避责和程序性行动。论文从问责机制的制度赋能与数字化技术的工具赋能两个层面探讨技术治理如何影响乡镇干部行动,扩展了乡镇干部行动的研究视角,为完善人才保障机制提供了依据和方向。 展开更多

Fertility anxiety partially mediates depression and recurrence fear in reproductive-age cervical cancer patients:A cross-sectional study

BACKGROUND Cervical cancer survivors of childbearing age often face heightened reproductive anxiety due to the direct impact of the disease and its treatments on fertility.This anxiety may exacerbate psychological burdens,including depressive symptoms and fear of recurrence,significantly impacting quality of life.AIM To examine whether reproductive concerns partially mediate the relationship between depressive symptoms and fear of recurrence in cervical cancer patients of childbearing age.METHODS Utilizing a cross-sectional design with convenience sampling,208 eligible cervical cancer patients(aged 18-45 years,stable condition,and aware of diagnosis)from three tertiary hospitals completed validated questionnaires:The Reproductive Concerns After Cancer Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and Fear of Cancer Recurrence Questionnaire.Structural equation modeling was used to assess the mediating role of reproductive concerns in the relationship between depression and fear of recurrence.RESULTS Reproductive concerns demonstrated significant positive correlations with depression(r=0.477,P<0.001)and fear of recurrence(r=0.426,P<0.001).Structural equation modeling analysis revealed that reproductive concerns acted as a significant partial mediator between depression and fear of recurrence.The indirect effect via reproductive concerns was significant(β_indirect=0.152,P<0.001),accounting for 28.1% of the total effect of depression on fear of recurrence.CONCLUSION Identified path reveals fertility anxiety links depression to recurrence fear.Targeted psych interventions for repro concerns may ease both in childbearing cervical cancer survivors. 展开更多

Path analysis the influence of self-efficacy and professional identity on attitudes toward prescriptive authority among oncology nurse specialists

BACKGROUND Global tumor incidence rises and therapies advance,driving oncology nursing specialization.Granting nurses prescriptive authority optimizes care but polarizes nurses'attitudes due to factors like risk and competence,hindering policy implementation.AIM To investigate the current status of the attitudes of oncology specialist nurses toward having prescribing authority,specifically concerning symptom management and supportive care in oncology practice,and we conducted a path analysis of their influencing factors.METHODS As participants in the survey,oncology specialist nurses working in hospitals of different grades in Jiangsu Province were selected from March 2025 to May 2025 using a stratified sampling method.The questionnaires were administered using the general information questionnaire,the beliefs and attitudes about nurses'prescriptive authority scale,the nurses'professional identity scale,and the selfefficacy scale.Pearson’s method was used to analyze the correlation between beliefs and attitudes about the prescriptive authority,professional identity,and self-efficacy of nurses.Multiple linear regression was performed to analyze the factors influencing the beliefs and attitudes of nurses’prescriptive authority.The Amos plug-in was used to construct structural equation models to analyze the influencing pathways.RESULTS A total of 329 questionnaires were distributed,and 328 valid questionnaires were returned(effective recovery rate:99.70%).The total score of the 328 oncology nurses on the beliefs and attitudes about nurses'prescriptive authority scale was 101.88±15.13,indicating a moderately high level.Univariate analysis revealed that gender and hospital grade were associated with this score(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis revealed that self-efficacy was positively correlated with the scores of the beliefs and attitudes about nurses’prescriptive authority scale and the nurses’professional identity scale(r=0.4999,P<0.0001 and r=0.7048,P<0.05,respectively),whereas occupational identity was positively correlated only with the former(r=0.6209,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed occupational identity and self-efficacy as the factors influencing the scores of the beliefs and attitudes about nurses’prescriptive authority scale(P<0.05).The results of the path analysis revealed that selfefficacy significantly positively affected nurses’occupational identity and their beliefs and attitudes about having prescriptive authority;occupational identity played a mediating role between the two,with a mediating effect accounting for 54.46% of the total effect,and the structural equation model was well-fitted.CONCLUSION Oncology nurses have more positive attitudes toward prescriptive authority.In addition,self-efficacy positively and indirectly affects nurses’attitudes toward prescriptive authority through the mediating effect of occupational identity.This can be used as a basis for clinical practice to take targeted measures to improve nurses’self-efficacy and occupational identity,thus creating favorable conditions for effectively implementing the policy of prescriptive authority. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Cervical cancer,a prevalent gynecological malignancy,exhibits recurrence rates of 30%-50%post-treatment,with recurrent cases facing a dire 10%-20%long-term survival rate,severely impacting patients’mental health and quality of life.Fear of cancer recurrence(FCR)emerges as a critical psychological challenge,often leading to anxiety,social avoidance,and even suicidal tendencies.Despite its high prevalence,structured,evidence-based interventions for FCR in cervical cancer remain scarce,with most studies focusing on general psychological support rather than targeted strategies.The fear of progression theory provides a theoretical framework,highlighting cognitive-emotional conflicts arising from perceived threats of disease recurrence.Addressing this gap,this study developed a specialized,phased psychological intervention program grounded in fear of progression theory,aiming to reduce FCR and enhance resilience in cervical cancer survivors through multi-disciplinary strategies.AIM To establish a psychological intervention program to support the fear of cervical cancer recurrence and to alleviate the psychological pressure of patients after cervical cancer surgery.METHODS Thirteen experts were selected to conduct two rounds of correspondence through literature review and group discussions to amend the psychological intervention draft and form the basis for the psychological intervention.The selected experts also performed two rounds of correspondence to revise the psychological intervention draft and outline the first draft,and pre-experiments were conducted for further improvement of the psychological intervention program.Experiments were performed in 80 patients with cervical cancer to further improve the psychological intervention program of relapse fear support.RESULTS The expert authority coefficient of the first and second rounds was higher than 0.8,indicating high authority.The coordination coefficient>0.8 indicated high consistency with high significance(all P<0.05).The FCR Inventory,Kessler Psychological Distress Scale,Psychological Distress Thermometer,and General Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale scores at 3 and 6 months in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 and Perceived Social Support Scale scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The psychological intervention program of relapse fear support which considers the individual differences between patients and expert opinions,has a good scientific and practical basis,and can be used to enhance the quality of life of patients. 展开更多

Thick electrode,with its feasibility and cost-effectiveness in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),has attracted significant attention as a promising approach maximizing the energy density of battery.Through raising the mass loading of active materials without altering the fundamental chemical attributes,thick electrodes can boost the energy density of the batteries effectively.Nevertheless,as the thickness of the electrode increases,the ionic conductivity of the electrode decreases,leading to abominable polarization in the thickness direction,which severely hampers the practical application of a thick electrode.This work proposes a novel porous gradient design of high-performance thick electrodes for LIBs.By constructing a porous structure that serves as a fast transport pathway for lithium(Li)ions,the ion transport kinetics within thick electrodes are significantly enhanced.Meanwhile,a particle size gradient design is incorporated to further mitigate polarization effects within the electrode,leading to substantial improvements in reaction homogeneity and material utilization.Employing this strategy,we have fabricated a porous gradient nanocellulose-carbon-nanotube based thick electrode,which exhibits an impressive capacity retention of 86.7%at a high mass loading of LiCoO_(2)(LCO)active material(20 mg cm^(-2))and a high current density of 5mA cm^(-2). 展开更多
