Herein,a new method was developed for efficient and lasting fluorescent whitening cotton fabric by synthesizing and using a vinyl-containing fluorescent whitening agent to covalently grafting onto fiber surfaces with ...Herein,a new method was developed for efficient and lasting fluorescent whitening cotton fabric by synthesizing and using a vinyl-containing fluorescent whitening agent to covalently grafting onto fiber surfaces with the assistance of electron beam irradiation.The results from FT-IR spectroscopic,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic,and energy dispersive spectrometric analyses showed that the fluorescent whitening agent was successfully anchored on cotton fiber via radiation-induced grafting copolymerization.The optimized whiteness value at 110.81(that of raw cotton fabric,74.50)was achieved using just 0.3 wt% fluorescent whitening agent.Notably,the whiteness value of the treated cotton fabric remained 110+even after 100 equivalent home-washing cycles,substantiating its excellent washing durability.Skin stimulation experiments on rabbits showed that the primary stimulation index of all experimental groups was 0 and no abnormal clinical symptoms were found in all tested rabbits,demonstrating the outstanding skin safety.Furthermore,energy generated by irradiation grafting technology was much lower than that of traditional processes and water consumption greatly reduced.Even the effluent from this process completely met the discharge standard of industrial wastewater without any treatment.This study explores a new method for textile finishing via electron beam irradiation,providing a green and sustainable perspective for the textile industry.展开更多
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of sodium oligomannate capsules combined with memantine hydrochloride and donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and analyze its impact ...Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of sodium oligomannate capsules combined with memantine hydrochloride and donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and analyze its impact on cognitive function.Methods:Eighty patients with moderate AD admitted to the neurology outpatient clinic of our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each with 40 patients.The control group was treated with oral memantine hydrochloride and donepezil hydrochloride,while the study group was additionally treated with oral sodium oligomannate capsules for 24 weeks.The scores of neuropsychological scales[Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)],and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale were compared before and after treatment.Additionally,the levels of homocysteine(Hcy),central nervous system-specific protein(S100-β),interleukin(IL)-6,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αwere measured in both groups,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared.Results:After 24 weeks of treatment,the MMSE,MoCA,and ADL scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after 24 weeks of treatment,the study group had significantly higher MMSE,MoCA,and ADL scores(P<0.05),and significantly lower levels of Hcy,IL-6,and TNF-α(P<0.05).Both the study group and the control group showed reduced levels of Hcy,IL-6,and TNF-αafter 24 weeks of treatment compared to before(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in S100-βlevels(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sodium oligomannate capsules,memantine hydrochloride,and donepezil hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of moderate AD.It can improve the cognitive function and daily living abilities of patients with dementia,enhancing their quality of life.展开更多
As the group-buying model shows significant progress in attracting new users,enhancing user engagement,and increasing platform profitability,providing personalized recommendations for group-buying users has emerged as...As the group-buying model shows significant progress in attracting new users,enhancing user engagement,and increasing platform profitability,providing personalized recommendations for group-buying users has emerged as a new challenge in the field of recommendation systems.This paper introduces a group-buying recommendation model based on multi-head attention mechanisms and multi-task learning,termed the Multi-head Attention Mechanisms and Multi-task Learning Group-Buying Recommendation(MAMGBR)model,specifically designed to optimize group-buying recommendations on e-commerce platforms.The core dataset of this study comes from the Chinese maternal and infant e-commerce platform“Beibei,”encompassing approximately 430,000 successful groupbuying actions and over 120,000 users.Themodel focuses on twomain tasks:recommending items for group organizers(Task Ⅰ)and recommending participants for a given group-buying event(Task Ⅱ).In model evaluation,MAMGBR achieves an MRR@10 of 0.7696 for Task I,marking a 20.23%improvement over baseline models.Furthermore,in Task II,where complex interaction patterns prevail,MAMGBR utilizes auxiliary loss functions to effectively model the multifaceted roles of users,items,and participants,leading to a 24.08%increase in MRR@100 under a 1:99 sample ratio.Experimental results show that compared to benchmark models,such as NGCF and EATNN,MAMGBR’s integration ofmulti-head attentionmechanisms,expert networks,and gating mechanisms enables more accurate modeling of user preferences and social associations within group-buying scenarios,significantly enhancing recommendation accuracy and platform group-buying success rates.展开更多

According to the organizational structure of the human brain, a complete human brain model was established, and bleeding points of different sizes were placed at the same position, and 5 antennas were placed around the model (front, back, left, right, and top). RSSD is performed on the obtained echo signal, and Hilbert envelope analysis is performed on the low resonance component obtained by the decomposition, and then the size of the bleeding point is judged. Using CST and MATLAB to conduct simulation analysis and experiments, it is verified that the proposed method can successfully determine the size of the bleeding point, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are proved.展开更多
As one of the main staple cereal crops,wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)is cultivated worldwide,commonly in semi-arid or arid climates(Zhou et al.,2020;Mao et al.,2023).However,with increasingly severe weather events associ...As one of the main staple cereal crops,wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)is cultivated worldwide,commonly in semi-arid or arid climates(Zhou et al.,2020;Mao et al.,2023).However,with increasingly severe weather events associated with global warming,drought stress presents a growing challenge to food security and production,to which arid regions may be especially vulnerable(Lesk et al.,2016;Eckardt et al.,2023).One key step in addressing this threat is to define the plant molecular mechanisms underlying drought stress response in order to improve crop resilience or tolerance to water deficit conditions(Zhang et al.,2021;He et al.,2024).Abscisic acid(ABA)is a key hormone in plants that regulates various physiological and molecular responses under drought stress,such as stomatal closure,gene activation,and cellular protection(Yoshida et al.,2015;Zhang et al.,2021).Essential to plant stress response are core mediators of the ABA signaling pathway,especially SNF1-related protein kinases 2s(SnRK2s)and ABA-response element(ABRE)-binding factors(ABFs)(Fujita et al.,2013;Yoshida et al.,2015).However,as of yet,the role of SnRK2s and ABFs in regulating drought response in wheat is not well understood.Here,our findings show that a TaSnRK2s-TaABF2 regulatory module can enhance tolerance to prolonged water deficit by directly modulating drought-responsive genes.展开更多
