In-situ enlargement of super-large-span tunnels can intensify excavation-induced unloading in the surrounding rock,increasing deformation demand and failure risk during construction.This study combines laboratory model tests with FLAC3D simulations to evaluate the stabilizing role of prestressed anchor cables and to establish an energy-balance framework for support optimization.Comparative model tests of existing and enlarged tunnel sections,with and without anchors,show that reinforcement increases load-carrying capacity,reduces displacement,and confines damage to more localized zones.The numerical simulations reproduce displacement fields,shear-strain localization,and plastic-zone evolution with good agreement against the experimental observations.The energy framework is implemented in the in-situ simulations by quantifying unloading-related energy release in the rock mass and reinforcement work contributed by the anchors,and by introducing an energy release–reinforcement ratio as a stability indicator.Parametric analyses indicate that anchor length,spacing,and prestress influence stability in a nonlinear manner,with diminishing returns once reinforcement extends beyond the mechanically dominant deformation zone.An efficient parameter window is identified that improves deformation and yielding control while avoiding unnecessary reinforcement.The results provide an energy-consistent and design-oriented basis for prestressed anchorage selection in large-span tunnel expansion. 展开更多

Sustainable water,energy and food(WEF)supplies are the bedrock upon which human society depends.Solar-driven interfacial evaporation,combined with electricity generation and cultivation,is a promising approach to mitigate the freshwater,energy and food crises.However,the performance of solar-driven systems decreases significantly during operation due to uncontrollable weather.This study proposes an integrated water/electricity cogeneration-cultivation system with superior thermal management.The energy storage evaporator,consisting of energy storage microcapsules/hydrogel composites,is optimally designed for sustainable desalination,achieving an evaporation rate of around 1.91 kg m^(-2)h^(-1).In the dark,heat released from the phase-change layer supported an evaporation rate of around 0.54kg m^(-2)h^(-1).Reverse electrodialysis harnessed the salinity-gradient energy enhanced during desalination,enabling the long-running WEC system to achieve a power output of~0.3 W m^(-2),which was almost three times higher than that of conventional seawater/surface water mixing.Additionally,an integrated crop irrigation platform utilized system drainage for real-time,on-demand wheat cultivation without secondary contaminants,facilitating seamless WEF integration.This work presents a novel approach to all-day solar water production,electricity generation and crop irrigation,offering a solution and blueprint for the sustainable development of WEF. 展开更多

Tomato is a major economic crop worldwide,and diseases on tomato leaves can significantly reduce both yield and quality.Traditional manual inspection is inefficient and highly subjective,making it difficult to meet the requirements of early disease identification in complex natural environments.To address this issue,this study proposes an improved YOLO11-based model,YOLO-SPDNet(Scale Sequence Fusion,Position-Channel Attention,and Dual Enhancement Network).The model integrates the SEAM(Self-Ensembling Attention Mechanism)semantic enhancement module,the MLCA(Mixed Local Channel Attention)lightweight attention mechanism,and the SPA(Scale-Position-Detail Awareness)module composed of SSFF(Scale Sequence Feature Fusion),TFE(Triple Feature Encoding),and CPAM(Channel and Position Attention Mechanism).These enhancements strengthen fine-grained lesion detection while maintaining model lightweightness.Experimental results show that YOLO-SPDNet achieves an accuracy of 91.8%,a recall of 86.5%,and an mAP@0.5 of 90.6%on the test set,with a computational complexity of 12.5 GFLOPs.Furthermore,the model reaches a real-time inference speed of 987 FPS,making it suitable for deployment on mobile agricultural terminals and online monitoring systems.Comparative analysis and ablation studies further validate the reliability and practical applicability of the proposed model in complex natural scenes. 展开更多

This study examined non-uniform loading in goaf cantilever rock masses via testing,modeling,and mechanical analysis to solve instantaneous fracture and section buckling from mining abutment pressure.The study investigates the non-uniform load gradient effect on fracture characteristics,including load characteristics,fracture location,fracture distribution,and section roughness.A digital model for fracture interface buckling analysis was developed,elucidating the influence of non-uniform load gradients on Fracture Interface Curvature(FIC),Buckling Rate of Change(BRC),and Buckling Domain Field(BDF).The findings reveal that nonlinear tensile stress concentration and abrupt tensile-compressive-shear strain mutations under non-uniform loading are fundamental mechanisms driving fracture path buckling in cantilever rock mass structures.The buckling process of rock mass under non-uniform load can be divided into two stages:low load gradient and high gradient load.In the stage of low gradient load,the buckling behavior is mainly reflected in the compression-shear fracture of the edge.In the stage of high gradient load,a buckling band along the loading direction is gradually formed in the rock mass.These buckling principles establish a theoretical basis for accurately characterizing bearing fractures,fracture interface instability,and vibration sources within overlying cantilever rock masses in goaf. 展开更多

搅拌植桩能有效发挥预制桩桩身强度,为明晰不同工艺对复合桩荷载传递机制的影响,本研究分别开展了辅助沉桩和自重沉桩的现场静载试验,并利用光纤监测技术分析了复合桩的荷载传递特性,揭示了两种工艺的承载力发挥机制。试验结果表明:两... 搅拌植桩能有效发挥预制桩桩身强度,为明晰不同工艺对复合桩荷载传递机制的影响,本研究分别开展了辅助沉桩和自重沉桩的现场静载试验,并利用光纤监测技术分析了复合桩的荷载传递特性,揭示了两种工艺的承载力发挥机制。试验结果表明:两种施工工艺都能有效发挥预制桩桩身强度,其中自重沉桩表现出纯摩擦桩特性,侧摩阻力约为勘察报告建议的灌注桩侧摩阻力极限值(1.68~3.61)倍,发挥极限侧阻所需的桩土相对位移约为10~20mm,辅助沉桩表现出端承摩擦桩特性,桩端阻力约为勘察报告建议的灌注桩端阻力极限值1.5倍,大部分土层侧摩阻力约为勘察报告建议的灌注桩侧摩阻力极限值(1.16~2.5)倍,发挥极限侧阻所需的桩土相对位移约为6.5~10 mm。同时分析了两种工艺的加固机理,自重沉桩通过渗透加固桩周土体,侧摩阻力提升较高,辅助沉桩通过桩端的挤扩效应,有效提升复合桩侧摩阻力和桩端阻力,在试验范围内,通过适当降低水灰比,辅助沉桩承载力可以进一步提升。 展开更多

Ischemic stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide,with an increasing trend and tendency for onset at a younger age.China,in particular,bears a high burden of stroke cases.In recent years,the inflammatory response after stroke has become a research hotspot:understanding the role of inflammatory response in tissue damage and repair following ischemic stroke is an important direction for its treatment.This review summarizes several major cells involved in the inflammatory response following ischemic stroke,including microglia,neutrophils,monocytes,lymphocytes,and astrocytes.Additionally,we have also highlighted the recent progress in various treatments for ischemic stroke,particularly in the field of stem cell therapy.Overall,understanding the complex interactions between inflammation and ischemic stroke can provide valuable insights for developing treatment strategies and improving patient outcomes.Stem cell therapy may potentially become an important component of ischemic stroke treatment. 展开更多

Precipitation is often used for the preparation of La(OH)_(3)with precipitants of liquid alkali and ammonia.To solve the problems of high cost and wastewater pollution caused by common precipitants,the active MgO synthesized by pyrolysis was used as the precipitant to prepare La(OH)_(3).The species distribution of LaCl_(3)and LaCl_(3)-MgCl_(2)mixed system solution was calculated,and the kinetic analysis of the precipi-tation process was carried out to confirm the key factors influencing the precipitation of La(OH)_(3).The results show that La(OH)_(3)with D_(50)of 5.57μm,a specific surface area of 25.70 m^(2)/g,a rod-like shape,and MgO content of 0.044 wt%,was successfully prepared by adding active MgO.The precipitation ratio of La reaches 99.92%.The La(OH)_(3)precipitation is controlled by the diffusion process.The activity of MgO has a significant influence on MgO content in the precipitate.The preparation of La(OH)_(3)by active MgO provides a potential way for an eco-friendly preparation method of rare earth. 展开更多

Tin(Sn)-lead(Pb)mixed halide perovskites have attracted widespread interest due to their wider re-sponse wavelength and lower toxicity than lead halide perovskites,Among the preparation methods,the two-step method more easily controls the crystallization rate and is suitable for preparing large-area per-ovskite devices.However,the residual low-conductivity iodide layer in the two-step method can affect carrier transport and device stability,and the different crystallization rates of Sn-and Pb-based per-ovskites may result in poor film quality.Therefore,Sn-Pb mixed perovskites are mainly prepared by a one-step method.Herein,a MAPb_(0.5)Sn_(0.5)I_(3)-based self-powered photodetector without a hole transport layer is fabricated by a two-step method.By adjusting the concentration of the ascorbic acid(AA)addi-tive,the final perovskite film exhibited a pure phase without residues,and the optimal device exhibited a high responsivity(0.276 A W^(-1)),large specific detectivity(2.38×10^(12) Jones),and enhanced stability.This enhancement is mainly attributed to the inhibition of Sn2+oxidation,the control of crystal growth,and the sufficient reaction between organic ammonium salts and bottom halides due to the AA-induced pore structure. 展开更多

Ferroelastic rare earth tantalates(RETaO_(4))are widely researched as the next-generation thermal barrier coatings(TBCs),and RETaO_(4)powders are hugely significant for synthesizing their coatings.The current research used chemical co-precipitation within an automated experimental device to synthesize RETaO_(4)(RE=Nd,Sm,Gd,Ho,Er)powders.The device automatically monitored and controlled the solutions'pH,improving the chemical co-precipitation efficiency.The crystal structure and microstructure of the RETaO_(4)powders can be controlled by changing the annealing temperature,and the materials undergo an m'-m phase transition.The m'-RETaO_(4)powders exhibit nano-size grains,while m-RETaO_(4)powders evince micron-size grains,altered by the annealing temperatures.A simultaneous thermal analysis es-timates the reversive ferroelastic tetragonal-monoclinic phase transition temperatures.Overall,this research focuses on the synthesis,crystal structures,microstructures,and phase transition of the fabricated RETaO_(4)powders. 展开更多

Electrocatalytic hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))production via the two-electron oxygen reduction reaction(2e−ORR)is promising,but non-metal catalysts with high selectivity are lacking.Herein,a high content of pyrrolic N doped carbon(HPNC)with small mesopores is constructed.Over 80%H_(2)O_(2) selectivity at a wide potential of 0.2–0.6 V is achieved.The finite element simulation reveals that small pore-size mesopores are beneficial to O_(2) adsorption.And in-situ characterization proves that HPNC suppresses the breakage of Osingle bondO bond and enhances the stabilization of *OOH intermediates,thus improving the 2e−ORR performance.This work highlights the combination of non-metal active sites and geometry for 2e−ORR electrocatalysis. 展开更多

The northwestern margin of Junggar Basin is the region with the richest oil sand resources in China.For better understanding the enrichment rules and deployment of exploration and development of regional oil sand,it is of great scientific significance to study the accumulation conditions of oil sand in different strata and mining areas of the Junggar Basin.Through a large number of field investigations,drilling verification and sampling tests,it is found that the oil sand in the region covers an area of 2000 km^(2),with shallow and thick reservoir,and predicted resource of 180 million tons.The oil sand resources are mainly distributed in four geological strata,namely the Middle Triassic Karamay Formation,Early Jurassic Badaowan Formation,Late Jurassic Qigu Formation,and Early Cretaceous Qingshuihe Formation.The reservoir is mainly composed of sandstone with high porosity and permeability,and the reservoir space is mainly intergranular pores with a medium average oil content.The oil sand deposit in the region is a typical destructive oil reservoir.The crude oil in the oil sand layer is degraded and thickened from the deep to the shallow,the content of saturated hydrocarbon decreased,and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon,non-hydrocarbon and asphaltene increased.The oil source comes from the deep Permian hydrocarbon-generating depression.Unconformities,faults and marginal fan delta-braided river depositional systems constitute effective migration and storage systems.Caprocks of the Upper Triassic Baijiantan Formation,Lower Jurassic Sangonghe Formation and Lower Cretaceous Hutubihe Formation were formed by three large scale lake transgressions.The Indosinian,Yanshan and Late Yanshan movements are the main driving forces for the migration of deep oil and gas to the shallow edge to form oil sand deposits.It is considered that the oil sand in the northwestern margin of Junggar Basin is of a slope complex migration type. 展开更多

Silicon‐based anode materials have garnered considerable attention in lithium‐ion batteries(LIBs)due to their exceptionally high theoretical capacity and energy density.However,intrinsic challenges,such as significant volumetric expansion and the consequent degradation in cycling stability,severely hinder their practical application.As a result,development of silicon anodes that can effectively mitigate volumetric expansions,enhance cycling durability,and improve rate performance has emerged as a critical research focus.However,due to neglect of“size effects”,the modification strategy of silicon‐based electrodes lacks systematic,scientific,and comprehensive guidance.Herein,this review starts from the“size effect”of silicon‐based materials,and reveals in depth the different failure mechanisms of nano‐silicon(Si NPs)and micro‐silicon(μSi).Furthermore,this review provides targeted classification of modification strategies for Si NPs andμSi,and reviews comprehensively,in detail,and in depth the latest research progress on silicon‐based materials.In addition,the review also comprehensively summarizes the cutting‐edge dynamics of matching silicon‐based electrodes with solid electrolytes to construct high‐energy LIBs.It is hoped that this review can provide comprehensive and systematic scientific guidance for modification strategies of silicon‐based electrodes,which is of great significance for promoting the industrialization process of silicon‐based electrodes in high‐energy LIBs. 展开更多

The successful control of hydrocarbon and CO emissions from low-temperature diesel exhausts requires the use of highly active co-oxidation catalysts.In this study,Sn was used to enhance the catalytic performance of Pd/CeO_(2)in CO and C_(3)H_(6)co-oxidation conditions.CeO_(2)with added stannum(Sn)was prepared as a support using the co-precipitation method,and Pd was loaded onto the support using the impregnation method.After Sn addition(the optimal Ce/Sn ratio is 0.75:0.25),the T_(50)values of CO and C_(3)H_(6)are reduced by 20 and 32℃,respectively.A series of characterization methods indicates that the addition of Sn to the support greatly enhances its lattice oxygen mobility and increases the proportion of PdO.During the co-oxidation process,stronger lattice oxygen mobility allows CO to react faster through the Mars-van Krevelen mechanism,weakening the competition with C_(3)H_(6)for O_(2).A higher PdO content enhances the C_(3)H_(6)oxidation capability.Moreover,CO can more readily reduce PdO than Pd^(2+)in solid solution with the support,which consequently further enhances co-oxidation activity.Therefore,the addition of Sn is a simple and effective strategy for enhancing the performance of Pd/CeO_(2)catalysts in CO and C_(3)H_(6)co-oxidation reactions.Furthermore,the promotional effect of CO achieved in this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the interactions that occur during the co-oxidation of C_(3)H_(6)and CO. 展开更多

Low thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical strength are essential to pyrochlore A2B2O7 ceramic for environmental/thermal barrier coating applications.To collaboratively tailor the mechanical and thermal properties of A2B2O7 ceramic,a novel high entropy pyrochlore ceramic(La_(0.3)Gd_(0.3)Ca_(0.4))_(2)(Ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2))_(2)O_(7) with significant atomic radius and mass fluctuation is proposed by simultaneously introducing various elements with different valence states at A and B cation sites.The as-synthesized(La_(0.3)Gd_(0.3)Ca_(0.4))_(2)(Ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2))_(2)O_(7) exhibits enhanced fracture toughness(1.68 MPa m^(1/2)),amorphous-like low thermal conductivity(1.45 W m^(-1) K^(-1) at 900℃)and matched thermal expansion coefficient(9.0×10^(-6) K^(-1) at 1200℃)with Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) CMCs.The extensive misfits in atomic weight,ionic radius among the substitutional cations in combination with the intrinsic oxygen vacancies in the anion sublattice play significant roles in the thermal conductivity reduction of(La_(0.3)Gd_(0.3)Ca_(0.4))_(2)(Ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2))_(2)O_(7) ceramic.The combination of outstanding mechanical and thermal properties indicates that this type of material has a good application prospect for environmental/thermal barrier coatings. 展开更多

The implementation of ultrahigh-Ni cathodes in high-energy lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is constrained by significant structural and interfacial degradation during cycling.In this study,doping-induced surface restructuring in ultrahigh-nickel cathode materials is rapidly facilitated through an ultrafast Joule heating method.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations,synchrotron X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS),and single-particle force test confirmed the establishment of a stable crystal framework and lattice oxygen,which mitigated H2-H3 phase transitions and improved structural reversibility.Additionally,the Sc doping process exhibits a pinning effect on the grain boundaries,as shown by scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM),enhancing Li~+diffusion kinetics and decreasing mechanical strain during cycling.The in situ development of a cation-mixing layer at grain boundaries also creates a robust cathode/electrolyte interphase,effectively reducing interfacial parasitic reactions and transition metal dissolution,as validated by STEM and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF-SIMS).These synergistic modifications reduce particle cracking and surface/interface degradation,leading to enhanced rate capability,structural integrity,and thermal stability.Consequently,the optimized Sc-modified ultrahigh-Ni cathode(Sc-1)exhibits 93.99%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 1 C(25℃)and87.06%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 1 C(50℃),indicating excellent cycling and thermal stability.By presenting a one-step multifunctional modification approach,this research delivers an extensive analysis of the mechanisms governing the structure,microstructure,and interface properties of nickel-rich layered cathode materials(NCMs).These results underscore the potential of ultrahigh-Ni cathodes as viable candidates for advanced lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)in next-generation electric vehicles(EVs). 展开更多

为了研究H5亚型流感病毒HA蛋白中头部球状结构的免疫原性及其基因优化对蛋白表达的影响,本研究构建了重组真核表达载体pPICZ?A-H5HA,并将其转化至毕赤酵母,经筛选获得重组菌株。SDS-PAGE和Western blotting结果分析显示,目的蛋白可在酵... 为了研究H5亚型流感病毒HA蛋白中头部球状结构的免疫原性及其基因优化对蛋白表达的影响,本研究构建了重组真核表达载体pPICZ?A-H5HA,并将其转化至毕赤酵母,经筛选获得重组菌株。SDS-PAGE和Western blotting结果分析显示,目的蛋白可在酵母中高效分泌表达,发酵液上清中目的蛋白浓度高达0.2 mg/mL,分子量约为37kDa。将酵母发酵上清经浓缩、纯化后,获得重组目的蛋白H5HA。将不同剂量的H5HA与不同佐剂联用后分别以滴鼻和肌肉注射两种方式免疫试验动物,进行免疫效力的评价。试验结果表明,H5HA具有较好的免疫原性,可诱导SPF鸡产生较高水平的IgG (血凝抑制效价达1∶64、病毒中和抗体效价为1∶218),最佳使用剂量为50μg/羽,与白油佐剂联用时效果最佳,且肌肉注射方式的免疫效果优于滴鼻方式。研究结果为H5亚型流感病毒亚单位疫苗的研制提供了理论支撑。 展开更多

本研究对腾格里沙漠东南缘沙坡头地区藓结皮土壤样品进行了宏基因组测序,以揭示该地区藓结皮土壤中参与固碳、固氮等生态功能的微生物基因及其代谢通路。结果表明,藓结皮土壤中细菌域微生物最多,其次为古生菌域和真核生物域。在细菌域中... 本研究对腾格里沙漠东南缘沙坡头地区藓结皮土壤样品进行了宏基因组测序,以揭示该地区藓结皮土壤中参与固碳、固氮等生态功能的微生物基因及其代谢通路。结果表明,藓结皮土壤中细菌域微生物最多,其次为古生菌域和真核生物域。在细菌域中,放线菌门(Actinobacteria)数量最多,其次是变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)。基于eggNOG和KEGG数据库对构建的非冗余基因集进行功能预测,藓结皮土壤中微生物基因多样性和代谢路径多样性高。藓结皮土壤中与固氮相关的代谢通路丰度低可能是藓结皮固氮量微弱的根本原因,造成利用大气中氮气合成氨的生态功能减弱。而藓结皮已经形成的氮库主要通过硝酸盐还原途径将硝酸盐还原成铵盐,可能用于藓结皮微生物组自身的氨基酸合成,也可能为藓类植物的生长提供有效氮源。 展开更多
