目的观察参芪地黄汤加味辅助西医治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床疗效及对尿肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)的影响。方法选取108例气阴两虚兼血瘀证DKD患者作为研究对象,研究中心为阜新市中医医院,研究时...目的观察参芪地黄汤加味辅助西医治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床疗效及对尿肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)的影响。方法选取108例气阴两虚兼血瘀证DKD患者作为研究对象,研究中心为阜新市中医医院,研究时间为2019年5月—2020年2月,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为中医综合治疗组和常规西药对照组,每组各54例。常规西药对照组采用西医常规治疗方案,中医综合治疗组在此基础上联合参芪地黄汤加味治疗,两组患者均连续用药1个月。记录两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分,检测两组患者治疗前后糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)]与尿KIM-1、L-FABP水平。结果中医综合治疗组临床有效率(88.89%)明显高于常规西药对照组(65.79%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的中医证候积分、糖代谢指标(FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc)、肾功能指标(Scr、BUN、UAER)与尿KIM-1、L-FABP水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且中医综合治疗组的下降作用程度明显优于常规西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤加味辅助西医治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证DKD患者具有较好临床疗效,可有效改善临床症状与糖代谢紊乱,降低血清Scr、BUN、UAER以及尿KIM-1、L-FABP水平,其潜在作用机制可能与减轻早期肾小管损伤有关。展开更多
Imidazolium-based elastomeric ionomers (i-BIIR) were facilely synthesized by ionically modified brominated poly(isobutylene-co-isoprene) (BIIR) with different alkyl chain imidazole and thoroughly explored as nov...Imidazolium-based elastomeric ionomers (i-BIIR) were facilely synthesized by ionically modified brominated poly(isobutylene-co-isoprene) (BIIR) with different alkyl chain imidazole and thoroughly explored as novel toughening agents for poly(lactic acid) (PLA). The miscibility, thermal behavior, phase morphology and mechanical property of ionomers and blends were investigated through dynamic mechanical analyses (DMA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), tensile and impact testing. DMA and SEM results showed that better compatibility between the PLA and i-BIIR was achieved compared to the PLA/unmodified BIIR elastomer. A remarkable improvement in ductility with an optimum elongation at break up to 235% was achieved for the PLA/i-BIIR blends with 1-dodecylimidazole alkyl chain (i-BIIR-12), more than 10 times higher than that of pure PLA. The impact strengths of PLA were enhanced from 1.9 kJ/m2 to 4.1 k J/m2 for the PLA/10 wt% i-BIIR-12 blend. Toughening mechanism had been established by systematical analysis of the compatibility, intermolecular interaction and phase structures of the blends. Interracial cavitations initiated massive shear yielding of the PLA matrix owing to a suitable interfacial adhesion which played a key role in the enormous toughening effect in these blends. We believed that introducing imidazolium group into the BIIR elastomer was vital for the formation of a suitable interfacial adhesion.展开更多

A smart contract honeypot is a special type of smart contract.This type of contract seems to have obvious vulnerabilities in contract design.If a user transfers a certain amount of funds to the contract,then the user ...A smart contract honeypot is a special type of smart contract.This type of contract seems to have obvious vulnerabilities in contract design.If a user transfers a certain amount of funds to the contract,then the user can withdraw the funds in the contract.However,once users try to take advantage of this seemingly obvious vulnerability,they will fall into a real trap.Consequently,the user’s investment in the contract cannot be retrieved.The honeypot induces other accounts to launch funds,which seriously threatens the security of property on the blockchain.Detection methods for honeypots are available.However,studying the manner by which to defend existing honeypots is insufficient to fight against honeypots.The new honeypots that may appear in the future from the perspective of an attacker must also be predicted.Therefore,we propose a type of adversarial honeypot.The code and behavioral features of honeypots are obtained through a comparative analysis of the 158,568 nonhoneypots and 352 honeypots.To build an adversarial honeypot,we try to separately hide these features and make the honeypot bypass the existing detection technology.We construct 18 instances on the basis of the proposed adversarial honeypot and use an open-source honeypot detection tool to detect these instances.The experimental result shows that the proposed honeypot can bypass the detection tool with a 100%ratio.Therefore,this type of honeypot should be given attention,and defensive measures should be proposed as soon as possible.展开更多
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common degenerative joint disease that often involves progressive cartilage degeneration and bone destruction of subchondral bone.At present,clinical treatment is mainly for pain relief,and ther...Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common degenerative joint disease that often involves progressive cartilage degeneration and bone destruction of subchondral bone.At present,clinical treatment is mainly for pain relief,and there are no effective methods to delay the progression of the disease.When this disease progresses to the advanced stage,the only treatment option for most patients is total knee replacement surgery,which causes patients great pain and anxiety.As a type of stem cell,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have multidirectional differentiation potential.The osteogenic differentiation and chondrogenic differentiation of MSCs can play vital roles in the treatment of OA,as they can relieve pain in patients and improve joint function.The differentiation direction of MSCs is accurately controlled by a variety of signaling pathways,so there are many factors that can affect the differentiation direction of MSCs by acting on these signaling pathways.When MSCs are applied to OA treatment,the microenvironment of the joints,injected drugs,scaffold materials,source of MSCs and other factors exert specific impacts on the differentiation direction of MSCs.This review aims to summarize the mechanisms by which these factors influence MSC differentiation to produce better curative effects when MSCs are applied clinically in the future.展开更多

For the safety of in-orbit spacecrafts, we should o...The increasing number of space debris has created an orbital debris environment that poses increasing impact risks to existing space systems and human space flights. For the safety of in-orbit spacecrafts, we should optimally schedule surveillance tasks for the existing facilities to allocate re- sources in a manner that most significantly improves the ability to predict and detect events involving affected spacecrafts. This paper analyzes two criteria that mainly affect the performance of a scheduling scheme and introduces an artificial intelligence algorithm into the scheduling of tasks of the space debris surveillance network. A new scheduling algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, which can be implemented in two different ways: individual optimization and joint optimiza- tion. Numerical experiments with multiple facilities and objects are conducted based on the proposed algorithm, and simulation results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.展开更多
The Hermyingyi W-Sn deposit, situated in southern Myanmar, SE Asia, is a typical quartz-vein type W-Sn deposit. The ore-bearing quartz veins are mainly hosted by the Hermyingyi monzogranite which intruded into the Car...The Hermyingyi W-Sn deposit, situated in southern Myanmar, SE Asia, is a typical quartz-vein type W-Sn deposit. The ore-bearing quartz veins are mainly hosted by the Hermyingyi monzogranite which intruded into the Carboniferous metasedimentary rocks of Mergui Series. According to mineral assemblages and crosscutting relationships, four ore-forming stages are recognized:(1) silicate-oxide stage;(2) quartz-sulfide stage;(3) barren quartz vein stage;(4) supergene stage. Five molybdenite samples from the deposit yield Re-Os model ages ranging from 67.8±1.6 to 69.2±1.6 Ma(weighted mean age of 68.7±1.2 Ma), and a well-defined isochron age of 68.4±2.5 Ma(MSWD=0.18, 2σ). This Re-Os age is consistent with the previously published zircon U-Pb age of the Hermyingyi monzogranite(70.0±0.4 Ma)(MSWD=0.9, 2σ) within errors, which indicates a genetic link between the monzogranitic magmatism and W-Sn mineralization. The new high-precision geochronological data reveal that the granitic magmatism and associated W-Sn mineralization in southern Myanmar took place during the Late Cretaceous(70–68 Ma). The extremely low Re contents(22.9 ppb to 299 ppb) in molybdenite, coupled with sulfide δ^(34)S values in the range of +1.9‰ to +5.6‰ suggest that ore-forming metals were predominately sourced from the crustal-derived granitic magma.展开更多

With the aim to find strain clues result in the final epidemics, the ancestral strain 053442, a clinical isolate, and a carrier strain 053426 with different gene type were analyzed. Methods Clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 were cultured on GC agar plates under the same condition. Two-dimensional electrophoresis was performed using the pH 3–10 nonlinear IPG strips of 24 cm length, and all the protein spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight spectrometry. Results 502 and 380 protein spots were identified in 053426 and 053442 respectively, relating to 266 and 202 different genes covering a wide range of cellular functions. The express volume and number of proteins involved in energy metabolism, protein synthesis and amino acid biosynthesis in 053426 were higher than in 053442. Virulence factor Opa, Opc and a series of proteins involved in pilus assembly and retraction were identified in 053442, which appear to be of primary importance in colonization and invasion of human cells. Compared to 053442, virulence protein species were less in 053426, with lower express volumes too. No Opa and Opc were detected in 053426. Conclusion The different protein expression profiles of the clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 in the present study provide some clues of the different pathogenicity of the two strains, which may account for result in the final epidemics.展开更多

A new scheduling algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, which can be implemented in two different ways: individual optimization and joint optimiza- tion. Numerical experiments with multiple facilities and objects are conducted based on the proposed algorithm, and simulation results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

文摘The Hermyingyi W-Sn deposit, situated in southern Myanmar, SE Asia, is a typical quartz-vein type W-Sn deposit. The ore-bearing quartz veins are mainly hosted by the Hermyingyi monzogranite which intruded into the Carboniferous metasedimentary rocks of Mergui Series. According to mineral assemblages and crosscutting relationships, four ore-forming stages are recognized:(1) silicate-oxide stage;(2) quartz-sulfide stage;(3) barren quartz vein stage;(4) supergene stage. Five molybdenite samples from the deposit yield Re-Os model ages ranging from 67.8±1.6 to 69.2±1.6 Ma(weighted mean age of 68.7±1.2 Ma), and a well-defined isochron age of 68.4±2.5 Ma(MSWD=0.18, 2σ). This Re-Os age is consistent with the previously published zircon U-Pb age of the Hermyingyi monzogranite(70.0±0.4 Ma)(MSWD=0.9, 2σ) within errors, which indicates a genetic link between the monzogranitic magmatism and W-Sn mineralization. The new high-precision geochronological data reveal that the granitic magmatism and associated W-Sn mineralization in southern Myanmar took place during the Late Cretaceous(70–68 Ma). The extremely low Re contents(22.9 ppb to 299 ppb) in molybdenite, coupled with sulfide δ^(34)S values in the range of +1.9‰ to +5.6‰ suggest that ore-forming metals were predominately sourced from the crustal-derived granitic magma.

文摘Objective During 2003-2005, an outbreak of meningitis due to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C occurred in China. With the aim to find strain clues result in the final epidemics, the ancestral strain 053442, a clinical isolate, and a carrier strain 053426 with different gene type were analyzed. Methods Clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 were cultured on GC agar plates under the same condition. Two-dimensional electrophoresis was performed using the pH 3–10 nonlinear IPG strips of 24 cm length, and all the protein spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight spectrometry. Results 502 and 380 protein spots were identified in 053426 and 053442 respectively, relating to 266 and 202 different genes covering a wide range of cellular functions. The express volume and number of proteins involved in energy metabolism, protein synthesis and amino acid biosynthesis in 053426 were higher than in 053442. Virulence factor Opa, Opc and a series of proteins involved in pilus assembly and retraction were identified in 053442, which appear to be of primary importance in colonization and invasion of human cells. Compared to 053442, virulence protein species were less in 053426, with lower express volumes too. No Opa and Opc were detected in 053426. Conclusion The different protein expression profiles of the clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 in the present study provide some clues of the different pathogenicity of the two strains, which may account for result in the final epidemics.

文摘Objective:To construct a PSA luciferase report plasmid and monitor the growth and metastasis of prostate cancer after emasculation in SCID mice.Methods:PSA promoter sequence and luciferase gene were amplified by PCR and subsequently inserted into pZsCreen1-1 vector to construct pPSA-FL-Luc vector.LNCaP cells that were stably transfected with pPSA-FL-Luc were used to establish a SCID mouse xenograft model.Then,the growth and metastasis of prostate cancer were monitored via living imaging.Results:We successfully constructed a PSA luciferase piasmid,pPSA-FL-Luc.DHT enhanced lucifcrase activity in a concentration-dependent manner in 293 T cells with pPSA-FL-Luc transfection.Prostate cancer SCID mouse model was established with pPSA-FL-Luc transfected LNCaP cells.In tumor bearing mice with or without emasculation,pPSA-FL-Lue piasmid was applied to monitored tumor growth and metastasis based on bioluminescence imaging.Conclusions:We construct a pPSA-FL-Luc piasmid,which stably expresses luciferase and can be applied to monitor tumor development in a prostate SCID mouse model.

Southeast Asia lies on the intersection of the Eurasian, Indian-Australian and Philippine plates, and is located in the easternmost segment of the Tethyan tectonic domain and much of the region can now be regarded as part of the Eurasian Plate (Metcalfe, 2011;Simons et al., 2007).
