Cyber-physical systems(CPS)are increasingly commonplace,with applications in energy,health,transportation,and many other sectors.One of the major requirements in CPS is that the interaction between cyber-world and man-made physical world(exchanging and sharing of data and information with other physical objects and systems)must be safe,especially in bi-directional communications.In particular,there is a need to suitably address security and/or privacy concerns in this human-in-the-loop CPS ecosystem.However,existing centralized architecture models in CPS,and also the more general IoT systems,have a number of associated limitations,in terms of single point of failure,data privacy,security,robustness,etc.Such limitations reinforce the importance of designing reliable,secure and privacy-preserving distributed solutions and other novel approaches,such as those based on blockchain technology due to its features(e.g.,decentralization,transparency and immutability of data).This is the focus of this special issue. 展开更多

目的探讨胸腺素α1(Tα1)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠肺损伤的保护作用及可能机制。方法雄性SD大鼠24只随机均分为3组:对照组(A组)、重症急性胰腺炎组(B组)、Tα1干预组(C组)。经逆行胆胰管注射5%牛磺胆酸钠(0.1 ml/100 g)复制重症急性... 目的探讨胸腺素α1(Tα1)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠肺损伤的保护作用及可能机制。方法雄性SD大鼠24只随机均分为3组:对照组(A组)、重症急性胰腺炎组(B组)、Tα1干预组(C组)。经逆行胆胰管注射5%牛磺胆酸钠(0.1 ml/100 g)复制重症急性胰腺炎SD大鼠动物模型,C组在复制模型前30 min经腹皮下注射Tα1 6 mg/kg,复制模型后12 h处死大鼠。分别测定各组大鼠血清淀粉酶的含量,计算肺湿干比(W/D),Western blot法检测各组肺组织细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的蛋白表达;观察大鼠胰腺和肺组织病理学改变。结果 B、C组大鼠与A组比较,血清淀粉酶、肺组织ICAM-1及TNF-α的蛋白表达、W/D差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C组高于A组;C组与B组比较,血清淀粉酶、肺组织ICAM-1及TNF-α的蛋白表达、W/D差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组较B组降低,病理损伤较B组轻;A组无明显病理改变。结论 Tα1能够减轻SAP大鼠肺水肿严重程度,降低肺组织ICAM-1及TNF-α的蛋白表达水平,减轻肺损伤,对大鼠肺损伤具有一定的保护作用。 展开更多

参芪地黄汤加味治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证糖尿病肾病临床疗效及对尿KIM-1、L-FABP影响 被引量:19

目的观察参芪地黄汤加味辅助西医治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床疗效及对尿肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)的影响。方法选取108例气阴两虚兼血瘀证DKD患者作为研究对象,研究中心为阜新市中医医院,研究时... 目的观察参芪地黄汤加味辅助西医治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床疗效及对尿肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)的影响。方法选取108例气阴两虚兼血瘀证DKD患者作为研究对象,研究中心为阜新市中医医院,研究时间为2019年5月—2020年2月,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为中医综合治疗组和常规西药对照组,每组各54例。常规西药对照组采用西医常规治疗方案,中医综合治疗组在此基础上联合参芪地黄汤加味治疗,两组患者均连续用药1个月。记录两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分,检测两组患者治疗前后糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)]与尿KIM-1、L-FABP水平。结果中医综合治疗组临床有效率(88.89%)明显高于常规西药对照组(65.79%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的中医证候积分、糖代谢指标(FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc)、肾功能指标(Scr、BUN、UAER)与尿KIM-1、L-FABP水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且中医综合治疗组的下降作用程度明显优于常规西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤加味辅助西医治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证DKD患者具有较好临床疗效,可有效改善临床症状与糖代谢紊乱,降低血清Scr、BUN、UAER以及尿KIM-1、L-FABP水平,其潜在作用机制可能与减轻早期肾小管损伤有关。 展开更多

目的观察参芪地黄汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)气阴两虚证患者临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月于阜新市中医医院肾内科就诊的120例CGN气阴两虚证患者,按照随机数字表法将120例CGN气阴两虚证患者分为中医综合... 目的观察参芪地黄汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)气阴两虚证患者临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月于阜新市中医医院肾内科就诊的120例CGN气阴两虚证患者,按照随机数字表法将120例CGN气阴两虚证患者分为中医综合治疗组和西药常规对照组,每组各60例,其中西药常规对照组采用缬沙坦胶囊80 mg日1次口服、黄葵胶囊5粒日3次口服等常规西药治疗,中医综合治疗组则在西药常规对照组基础上联合参芪地黄汤治疗,两组患者均连续治疗8周。分析两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h-UPQ)、肾功能指标[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]、体液免疫指标[免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、补体C_(3)]、细胞免疫指标(CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))水平变化情况。结果中医综合治疗组临床有效率(88.33%)显著高于西药常规对照组(58.33%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,中医综合治疗组BUN、Scr、24 h-UPQ水平显著低于西药常规对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分显著低于西药常规对照组(P<0.05),血清Ig G、Ig M、补体C_(3)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平显著高于西药常规对照组(P<0.05),血清Ig A、CD_(8)^(+)水平显著低于西药常规对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤联合常规西药治疗CGN气阴两虚证患者临床疗效确切,能够改善临床症状与肾功能,降低尿蛋白水平,增强细胞免疫及体液免疫功能,具有临床推广应用价值。 展开更多

乳腺癌MRI IVIM-DWI参数与MIP-1α、PDGF表达相关性及其临床诊断价值研究 被引量:14

目的:探究乳腺癌磁共振成像体素内不相干运动-扩散加权成像(magnetic resonance imaging intravoxel incoherent motion-diffusion weighted imaging,MRI IVIM-DWI)参数与巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(macrophage inflammatory protein-1α,MI... 目的:探究乳腺癌磁共振成像体素内不相干运动-扩散加权成像(magnetic resonance imaging intravoxel incoherent motion-diffusion weighted imaging,MRI IVIM-DWI)参数与巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(macrophage inflammatory protein-1α,MIP-1α)、血小板衍生生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)表达的相关性及其临床诊断价值。方法:前瞻性选取2018年7月至2019年10月某院收治的87例乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象,根据病理分析结果分为良性病变组(n=39例)和恶性肿瘤组(n=48例)。所有患者均行MRI IVIM-DWI检查,并进行免疫组化检测。MRI IVIM-DWI检查计算参数包括表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)、单纯扩散系数D、伪扩散系数D*、灌注分数f;免疫组化检测病灶处MIP-1α、PDGF表达;采用Spearman分析MRI IVIM-DWI参数与MIP-1α、PDGF表达的相关性;绘制ROC曲线分析MRI IVIM-DWI参数对乳腺疾病良恶性的诊断价值。采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行处理。结果:与良性病变组相比,恶性肿瘤组MRI IVIM-DWI参数ADC、D值降低(P<0.05),D*、f值及MIP-1α、PDGF阳性率升高(P<0.05)。Spearman分析发现,MIP-1α、PDGF表达与MRI IVIM-DWI参数ADC、D值呈负相关(r=-0.428/-0.516、-0.369/-0.418,P<0.05),与D*、f值均呈正相关(r=0.518/0.433、0.476/0.458,P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,MRI IVIM-DWI参数ADC、D、D*、f值预测乳腺疾病良恶性的AUC值分别为0.918、0.714、0.813、0.805,截断值分别为1.56×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、1.24×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、7.83×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、7.72%,其敏感度分别为79.20%、93.80%、66.70%、75.00%,特异度分别为89.70%、43.60%、94.90%、84.60%;四者联合预测乳腺疾病良恶性的AUC值为0.964,敏感度为95.80%、特异度为87.20%。结论:乳腺癌MRI IVIM-DWI参数ADC、D、D*、f值与MIP-1α、PDGF表达相关性明显,且对乳腺肿瘤良恶性具有较高的诊断价值。 展开更多

Toughening Poly(lactic acid) with Imidazolium-based Elastomeric Ionomers 被引量:8

Imidazolium-based elastomeric ionomers (i-BIIR) were facilely synthesized by ionically modified brominated poly(isobutylene-co-isoprene) (BIIR) with different alkyl chain imidazole and thoroughly explored as novel toughening agents for poly(lactic acid) (PLA). The miscibility, thermal behavior, phase morphology and mechanical property of ionomers and blends were investigated through dynamic mechanical analyses (DMA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), tensile and impact testing. DMA and SEM results showed that better compatibility between the PLA and i-BIIR was achieved compared to the PLA/unmodified BIIR elastomer. A remarkable improvement in ductility with an optimum elongation at break up to 235% was achieved for the PLA/i-BIIR blends with 1-dodecylimidazole alkyl chain (i-BIIR-12), more than 10 times higher than that of pure PLA. The impact strengths of PLA were enhanced from 1.9 kJ/m2 to 4.1 k J/m2 for the PLA/10 wt% i-BIIR-12 blend. Toughening mechanism had been established by systematical analysis of the compatibility, intermolecular interaction and phase structures of the blends. Interracial cavitations initiated massive shear yielding of the PLA matrix owing to a suitable interfacial adhesion which played a key role in the enormous toughening effect in these blends. We believed that introducing imidazolium group into the BIIR elastomer was vital for the formation of a suitable interfacial adhesion. 展开更多

目的观察补气健脾益肾汤治疗成人原发性肾病综合征(PNS)临床疗效及对高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB-1)、转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、核转录因子κβ(NF-κβ)的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年12月于阜新市中医医院收治的94例成人PNS患... 目的观察补气健脾益肾汤治疗成人原发性肾病综合征(PNS)临床疗效及对高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB-1)、转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、核转录因子κβ(NF-κβ)的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年12月于阜新市中医医院收治的94例成人PNS患者,采用随机数字表法将94例成人PNS患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上内服补气健脾益肾汤治疗,两组患者均连续治疗6个月。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后一般临床指标[血清白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h-UTP)]、细胞因子(HMGB-1、TGF-β_(1)、NF-κβ)水平变化与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床有效率[91.49%(43/47)]明显高于对照组[74.47%(35/47)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的TC、TG、Scr、BUN、24 h-UTP、HMGB-1、TGF-β_(1)、NF-κβ水平均较治疗前明显降低、ALB水平较治疗前明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组上述指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率[10.64%(5/47)]较对照组[27.66%(13/47)]显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成人PNS应用补气健脾益肾汤治疗可有效控制蛋白尿、改善肾脏功能和血脂水平,下调炎性细胞因子水平,抑制炎症反应,整体疗效确切,且有一定减毒效果,具有临床推广应用价值。 展开更多

Lonicerae japonicae Flos(LF)is a kind of healthcare food with hepatoprotective function.This study was designed to explore the spectrum-effect relationships between UPLC fingerprints and the hepatoprotective effects of LF.Fingerprints of ten batches of LF were established by UPLC-PDA.The inhibitory levels of AST and ALT were used as pharmacological indexes,and secoxyloganin,isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C were screened as hepatoprotective active compounds by grey relational analysis(GRA)and partial least squares regression analysis(PLSR).Caspase-3 was obtained by network pharmacology as a key target of hepatoprotective active compounds.Molecular docking is used to explore the interaction between small molecules and proteins.This work provided a general model of the combination of UPLC-PDA and hepatoprotective effect to study the spectrum-effect relationship of LF,which can be used to considerable methods and insight for the fundamental research of the material basis of similar healthcare food. 展开更多

A smart contract honeypot is a special type of smart contract.This type of contract seems to have obvious vulnerabilities in contract design.If a user transfers a certain amount of funds to the contract,then the user can withdraw the funds in the contract.However,once users try to take advantage of this seemingly obvious vulnerability,they will fall into a real trap.Consequently,the user’s investment in the contract cannot be retrieved.The honeypot induces other accounts to launch funds,which seriously threatens the security of property on the blockchain.Detection methods for honeypots are available.However,studying the manner by which to defend existing honeypots is insufficient to fight against honeypots.The new honeypots that may appear in the future from the perspective of an attacker must also be predicted.Therefore,we propose a type of adversarial honeypot.The code and behavioral features of honeypots are obtained through a comparative analysis of the 158,568 nonhoneypots and 352 honeypots.To build an adversarial honeypot,we try to separately hide these features and make the honeypot bypass the existing detection technology.We construct 18 instances on the basis of the proposed adversarial honeypot and use an open-source honeypot detection tool to detect these instances.The experimental result shows that the proposed honeypot can bypass the detection tool with a 100%ratio.Therefore,this type of honeypot should be given attention,and defensive measures should be proposed as soon as possible. 展开更多

Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common degenerative joint disease that often involves progressive cartilage degeneration and bone destruction of subchondral bone.At present,clinical treatment is mainly for pain relief,and there are no effective methods to delay the progression of the disease.When this disease progresses to the advanced stage,the only treatment option for most patients is total knee replacement surgery,which causes patients great pain and anxiety.As a type of stem cell,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have multidirectional differentiation potential.The osteogenic differentiation and chondrogenic differentiation of MSCs can play vital roles in the treatment of OA,as they can relieve pain in patients and improve joint function.The differentiation direction of MSCs is accurately controlled by a variety of signaling pathways,so there are many factors that can affect the differentiation direction of MSCs by acting on these signaling pathways.When MSCs are applied to OA treatment,the microenvironment of the joints,injected drugs,scaffold materials,source of MSCs and other factors exert specific impacts on the differentiation direction of MSCs.This review aims to summarize the mechanisms by which these factors influence MSC differentiation to produce better curative effects when MSCs are applied clinically in the future. 展开更多

The increasing number of space debris has created an orbital debris environment that poses increasing impact risks to existing space systems and human space flights. For the safety of in-orbit spacecrafts, we should optimally schedule surveillance tasks for the existing facilities to allocate re- sources in a manner that most significantly improves the ability to predict and detect events involving affected spacecrafts. This paper analyzes two criteria that mainly affect the performance of a scheduling scheme and introduces an artificial intelligence algorithm into the scheduling of tasks of the space debris surveillance network. A new scheduling algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, which can be implemented in two different ways: individual optimization and joint optimiza- tion. Numerical experiments with multiple facilities and objects are conducted based on the proposed algorithm, and simulation results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

The Hermyingyi W-Sn deposit, situated in southern Myanmar, SE Asia, is a typical quartz-vein type W-Sn deposit. The ore-bearing quartz veins are mainly hosted by the Hermyingyi monzogranite which intruded into the Carboniferous metasedimentary rocks of Mergui Series. According to mineral assemblages and crosscutting relationships, four ore-forming stages are recognized:(1) silicate-oxide stage;(2) quartz-sulfide stage;(3) barren quartz vein stage;(4) supergene stage. Five molybdenite samples from the deposit yield Re-Os model ages ranging from 67.8±1.6 to 69.2±1.6 Ma(weighted mean age of 68.7±1.2 Ma), and a well-defined isochron age of 68.4±2.5 Ma(MSWD=0.18, 2σ). This Re-Os age is consistent with the previously published zircon U-Pb age of the Hermyingyi monzogranite(70.0±0.4 Ma)(MSWD=0.9, 2σ) within errors, which indicates a genetic link between the monzogranitic magmatism and W-Sn mineralization. The new high-precision geochronological data reveal that the granitic magmatism and associated W-Sn mineralization in southern Myanmar took place during the Late Cretaceous(70–68 Ma). The extremely low Re contents(22.9 ppb to 299 ppb) in molybdenite, coupled with sulfide δ^(34)S values in the range of +1.9‰ to +5.6‰ suggest that ore-forming metals were predominately sourced from the crustal-derived granitic magma. 展开更多

Objective During 2003-2005, an outbreak of meningitis due to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C occurred in China. With the aim to find strain clues result in the final epidemics, the ancestral strain 053442, a clinical isolate, and a carrier strain 053426 with different gene type were analyzed. Methods Clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 were cultured on GC agar plates under the same condition. Two-dimensional electrophoresis was performed using the pH 3–10 nonlinear IPG strips of 24 cm length, and all the protein spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight spectrometry. Results 502 and 380 protein spots were identified in 053426 and 053442 respectively, relating to 266 and 202 different genes covering a wide range of cellular functions. The express volume and number of proteins involved in energy metabolism, protein synthesis and amino acid biosynthesis in 053426 were higher than in 053442. Virulence factor Opa, Opc and a series of proteins involved in pilus assembly and retraction were identified in 053442, which appear to be of primary importance in colonization and invasion of human cells. Compared to 053442, virulence protein species were less in 053426, with lower express volumes too. No Opa and Opc were detected in 053426. Conclusion The different protein expression profiles of the clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 in the present study provide some clues of the different pathogenicity of the two strains, which may account for result in the final epidemics. 展开更多

Objective:To construct a PSA luciferase report plasmid and monitor the growth and metastasis of prostate cancer after emasculation in SCID mice.Methods:PSA promoter sequence and luciferase gene were amplified by PCR and subsequently inserted into pZsCreen1-1 vector to construct pPSA-FL-Luc vector.LNCaP cells that were stably transfected with pPSA-FL-Luc were used to establish a SCID mouse xenograft model.Then,the growth and metastasis of prostate cancer were monitored via living imaging.Results:We successfully constructed a PSA luciferase piasmid,pPSA-FL-Luc.DHT enhanced lucifcrase activity in a concentration-dependent manner in 293 T cells with pPSA-FL-Luc transfection.Prostate cancer SCID mouse model was established with pPSA-FL-Luc transfected LNCaP cells.In tumor bearing mice with or without emasculation,pPSA-FL-Lue piasmid was applied to monitored tumor growth and metastasis based on bioluminescence imaging.Conclusions:We construct a pPSA-FL-Luc piasmid,which stably expresses luciferase and can be applied to monitor tumor development in a prostate SCID mouse model. 展开更多
