为高效利用废弃烟叶资源并拓展其多元化精加工产品体系,以废弃烟叶为原料,采用乙醇水溶液加热浸提制备烟草提取物,利用膜分离及二维柱色谱技术对烟草提取物进行精加工,通过感官评价筛选风格特征突出的特色风味组群,并对组群间的风味重... 为高效利用废弃烟叶资源并拓展其多元化精加工产品体系,以废弃烟叶为原料,采用乙醇水溶液加热浸提制备烟草提取物,利用膜分离及二维柱色谱技术对烟草提取物进行精加工,通过感官评价筛选风格特征突出的特色风味组群,并对组群间的风味重组工艺进行探索,同时采用Py-GC-MS技术对重组样品进行成分分析。结果表明:水提法获得的烟草提取物的产率最高且感官评价综合表现较好;精加工共获得了16个组群,其中膜分离5 nm截留液及柱色谱分离的A1、C1、E2流份的感官效果各具特色,可作为烟草提取物的特色风味组群;重组样品中,1^(#)和2^(#)重组样品能够提高卷烟的烤烟烟香、烘焙香、清香、甜香等特征且整体感官效果较好;1^(#)和2^(#)重组样品的热裂解产物中以杂环类及芳香族化合物居多,包含甜香、清香、坚果香等香气类型。 展开更多

针对细菌感染治疗中对抗菌和消炎一体化系统的需求,以及聚合物前药在合成方面的局限性,本研究设计并构建了一种主链含有大豆苷元(Daidzein,Dai)的三嵌段聚-β-氨基酯(Dai-encapsulating poly-β-amino ester,D-PAE).D-PAE纳米药物的叔... 针对细菌感染治疗中对抗菌和消炎一体化系统的需求,以及聚合物前药在合成方面的局限性,本研究设计并构建了一种主链含有大豆苷元(Daidzein,Dai)的三嵌段聚-β-氨基酯(Dai-encapsulating poly-β-amino ester,D-PAE).D-PAE纳米药物的叔胺片段在细菌感染的酸性环境中能够质子化,转变为正电荷;同时,感染部位高表达的细菌酯酶能够水解其主链中的酯键,释放出Dai,从而发挥高效的抗菌和消炎作用.体外与体内实验表明,D-PAE纳米药物相比于纯药具有更高的生物活性,并且表现出良好的生物相容性.本研究为聚合物前药的设计,合成及其生物医用提供了重要参考与新思路. 展开更多

本研究旨在探讨细胞自噬通路对维生素C(VC)抑制小鼠黑素瘤细胞(B16)中黑色素生成的调控作用。采用MTT法检测VC对B16细胞的最大安全剂量,通过加入α-促黑激素(α-MSH)诱导B16细胞的黑色素生成,再使用自噬抑制剂3-甲基腺嘌呤(3-MA)研究细... 本研究旨在探讨细胞自噬通路对维生素C(VC)抑制小鼠黑素瘤细胞(B16)中黑色素生成的调控作用。采用MTT法检测VC对B16细胞的最大安全剂量,通过加入α-促黑激素(α-MSH)诱导B16细胞的黑色素生成,再使用自噬抑制剂3-甲基腺嘌呤(3-MA)研究细胞自噬在VC的抗黑素生成作用机制。实验结果发现,VC在500μg/mL及以下质量浓度对B16细胞存活无影响。20和50μg/mL的VC可显著抑制α-MSH诱导的B16细胞黑色素合成(p<0.01)。与空白组相比,VC可显著诱导B16细胞中自噬相关蛋白LC3-II与p62表达上升,mTOR蛋白表达下降(p<0.05)。为进一步探究自噬对黑色素生成的影响,使用自噬抑制剂3-MA预处理B16细胞,发现3-MA阻断了VC诱导的B16细胞自噬上调,同时逆转VC的抗黑色素生成作用。本研究结果表明VC可通过激活B16细胞的自噬系统抑制黑色素生成。 展开更多

In recent years,sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have become one of the hot discussions and have gradually moved toward industrialization.However,there are still some shortcomings in their performance that have not been well addressed,including phase transition,structural degradation,and voltage platform.High entropy materials have recently gained significant attention from researchers due to their effects on thermodynamics,dynamics,structure,and performance.Researchers have attempted to use these materials in sodium-ion batteries to overcome their problems,making it a modification method.This paper aims to discuss the research status of high-entropy cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries and summarize their effects on sodium-ion batteries from three perspectives:Layered oxide,polyanion,and Prussian blue.The infiuence on material structure,the inhibition of phase transition,and the improvement of ion diffusivity are described.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of high-entropy cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries are summarized,and their future development has prospected. 展开更多

枫槭浸膏烤甜香风味组群重组

为了进一步凸显枫槭浸膏烤甜香风格特征,提高同源天然香料产品的多样性,以优选的干物质含量为54%的枫槭浸膏为原料,采用四级膜分离技术与二维柱色谱技术,分别得到枫槭浸膏风味间接贡献成分与直接贡献组分,并进一步开展风味组群重组研究... 为了进一步凸显枫槭浸膏烤甜香风格特征,提高同源天然香料产品的多样性,以优选的干物质含量为54%的枫槭浸膏为原料,采用四级膜分离技术与二维柱色谱技术,分别得到枫槭浸膏风味间接贡献成分与直接贡献组分,并进一步开展风味组群重组研究。结果表明,枫槭浸膏膜分离组分MJ2、MJ3以及二维柱色谱分离组分B1能够明显提升参比卷烟香气、丰富性、杂气、烤烟烟香、甜香和烘焙香等指标。GC-MS分析结果表明,MJ2和MJ3在300℃时检测到10、12种挥发性成分,在600℃时分别检测到43、49种挥发性成分。B1组分检测到74种挥发性成分,其中含有大量的焦甜香、烘焙香、奶香成分。通过正交试验对优选的3种风味组群进行重组研究,得到了烤甜香特征鲜明的枫槭浸膏产品。 展开更多

背景舟山海岛地区由于其独特的生活环境,尤其对青少年肥胖的研究报道较少,在个性化医疗的今天,更加精细化的诊断对患者疾病的治疗效果更有意义,且我国有广阔的海岸线,同时目前临床尚缺少氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-magnetic resonance spectro... 背景舟山海岛地区由于其独特的生活环境,尤其对青少年肥胖的研究报道较少,在个性化医疗的今天,更加精细化的诊断对患者疾病的治疗效果更有意义,且我国有广阔的海岸线,同时目前临床尚缺少氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-magnetic resonance spectroscopy,1H-MRS)、血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)联合在非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)病情评估中的相关研究.目的探讨海岛地区青少年腹部脂肪定量1H-MRS联合IGF-1对NAFLD严重程度的评估价值.方法选取2022-01/2024-06舟山市妇女儿童医院收治的99例疑似NAFLD青少年患者,根据病理诊断分为非NAFLD组(41例),轻度NAFLD组(37例),中重度NAFLD组(21例).比较三组代谢相关指标[体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial glucose,2HPG)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)].比较三组1H-MRS波谱值、波谱内肝脏脂肪(intrahepatic lipid,IHL)、血清IGF-1,以Pearson相关系数法分析IHL、血清IGF-1与代谢相关指标、1H-MRS波谱值的相关性,采用点二列相关性分析IHL、血清IGF-1与病情严重程度的相关性,分析IHL、血清IGF-1对NAFLD严重程度的评估价值.结果中重度NAFLD组HDL-C低于非NAFLD组、轻度NAFLD组,BMI、2HPG、ALT、AST、TG、TC、LDL-C均高于非NAFLD组、轻度NAFLD组(P<0.05);相比于非NAFLD组、轻度NAFLD组,中重度NAFLD组水峰峰值较低,脂峰峰值较高(P<0.05);中重度NAFLD组IHL水平高于非NAFLD组、轻度NAFLD组,IGF-1低于非NAFLD组、轻度NAFLD组(P<0.05);BMI、2HPG、ALT、AST、TG、TC、LDL-C与IHL呈正相关,与IGF-1呈负相关(P<0.05),HDL-C、水峰峰值、脂峰峰值与IHL呈负相关,与IGF-1呈正相关(P<0.05);NAFLD病情严重程度与IHL呈正相关,与血清IGF-1呈负相关(P<0.05);受试者工作特征曲线结果显示,IHL、血清IGF-1评估NAFLD严重程度的受试者工作特征曲线及曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)分别为0.740(95%CI:0.608-0.846)、0.721(95%CI:0.588-0.831),二者联合评估的AUC最大,为0.896(95%CI:0.787-0.961)(P<0.05);IHL高水平(>18.51%)、血清IGF-1低水平(≤0.24μg/L)可显著区分中重度NAFLD发生风险(P<0.05).结论腹部脂肪定量1H-MRS、血清IGF-1与青少年机体代谢密切相关,IHL、血清IGF-1联合对NAFLD严重程度有较高评估价值. 展开更多

Large language models(LLMs)have significantly advanced artificial intelligence(AI)by excelling in tasks such as understanding,generation,and reasoning across multiple modalities.Despite these achievements,LLMs have inherent limitations including outdated information,hallucinations,inefficiency,lack of interpretability,and challenges in domain-specific accuracy.To address these issues,this survey explores three promising directions in the post-LLM era:knowledge empowerment,model collaboration,and model co-evolution.First,we examine methods of integrating external knowledge into LLMs to enhance factual accuracy,reasoning capabilities,and interpretability,including incorporating knowledge into training objectives,instruction tuning,retrieval-augmented inference,and knowledge prompting.Second,we discuss model collaboration strategies that leverage the complementary strengths of LLMs and smaller models to improve efficiency and domain-specific performance through techniques such as model merging,functional model collaboration,and knowledge injection.Third,we delve into model co-evolution,in which multiple models collaboratively evolve by sharing knowledge,parameters,and learning strategies to adapt to dynamic environments and tasks,thereby enhancing their adaptability and continual learning.We illustrate how the integration of these techniques advances AI capabilities in science,engineering,and society—particularly in hypothesis development,problem formulation,problem-solving,and interpretability across various domains.We conclude by outlining future pathways for further advancement and applications. 展开更多

Adult split liver transplantation to treat liver cancer: a single-center retrospective study

However, the safety and efficacy... BACKGROUND: The increasing morbidity of liver cancer has led to a growing demand for transplantation. Split liver transplantation(SLT) is a promising way to ameliorate organ shortages. However, the safety and efficacy of SLT are still controversial. The aim of this study was to assess the clinical outcome of SLT in liver cancer patients at our center. METHODS: A total of 74 patients who received liver transplantation at a tertiary hospital from March 2019 to July 2023 were retrospectively studied, of whom 37 recipients underwent SLT and 37 recipients underwent whole-graft liver transplantation(WGLT). Clinical data were analyzed and compared between patients who underwent SLT and WGLT.RESULTS: SLT and WGLT were successfully performed, with no intraoperative transplantrelated mortality. Postoperatively, no significant differences in total bilirubin(TB, P=0.266), alanine transaminase(ALT, P=0.403) and aspartate transaminase(AST, P=0.160) levels within 30 d were detected between the two groups. The transplant-related mortality rates were 8.1% in the SLT group and 5.4% in the WGLT group within 30 d of surgery(P=1.000), and 10.8% and 8.1%, respectively, at 90 d after surgery(P=1.000). There were no significant differences in overall survival(OS) and progress-free survival(PFS) between the SLT and WGLT groups(P=0.910, P=0.190). CONCLUSION: Our results show that SLT does not imply additional risks in treating liver cancer compared with WGLT. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Rectal cancer is one of the common digestive system malignant tumors around the world.Its early diagnosis and staging are crucial for rectal cancer treatment and prognosis.In recent years,tumor markers have gradually received attention in early screening,treatment monitoring and prognostic evaluation of cancer,but their predictive role in rectal cancer staging and differentiation is still unclear.AIM To assess the prognostic value of tumor markers alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)cancer antigen 72-4(CA72-4),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),alongside multimodal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),for staging and differentiating rectal cancer in patients.METHODS This study retrospectively analyzed 167 patients with rectal cancer who were treated at our institution from January 2020 to December 2024.Each patient underwent serological testing and multimodal MRI for diagnosis.Histopathological examination after surgical resection or imaging based on follow-up was used as the gold standard.According to the T stage and differentiation degree,patients were divided into low stage group(T1-T2)and high stage group(T3-T4).In addition,they were divided into low-differentiation groups and high-differentiation groups according to their differentiation degree.We compared the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of tumor marker levels and MRI in rectal cancer stage and differentiation.RESULTS The study's findings indicate that in the context of rectal cancer T staging,there is substantial concordance between MRI and clinicopathological assessments,with a Kappa coefficient of 0.789(P<0.001).Similarly,for various degrees of tumor differentiation,MRI and clinicopathological evaluations demonstrated substantial agreement,with a Kappa coefficient of 0.651(P<0.001).Notably,the concentrations of tumor markers CA19-9,CA72-4,CEA,and AFP were significantly elevated in the T3-T4 stage compared to the T1-T2 stage.Furthermore,these markers were significantly higher in the low-differentiation group compared to the high-differentiation group(P<0.05).The combined use of tumor markers and MRI for preoperative T staging of rectal cancer yielded a diagnostic sensitivity of 93.7%and a specificity of 94.6%,as evidenced by the receiver operating characteristic analysis,with an area under the curve of 0.947.For tumor differentiation,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 93.6%and 97.1%,respectively,with an area under the curve of 0.978(95%confidence interval:0.946-1.000),surpassing the accuracy of individual detection methods.CONCLUSION The CA19-9,CA72-4,CEA and AFP tumor markers combined with multimodal MRI have high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing rectal cancer stage and differentiation.Their diagnostic efficacy is significantly better than that of single tests,which can effectively improve the predictive ability of rectal cancer stage and differentiation,provide a more reliable diagnostic reference for clinical practice,and have important clinical significance. 展开更多

Preparing free-base porphyrinoid radicals that can function as coordination ligands is a challenging task.Here we report the synthesis of a stable,free-base benzocorrole(BC)radical containing only two inner NH protons via a retro-Diels-Alder conversion.The radical character of BC was fully supported by crystallographic analysis,spectroscopic evidence,and theoretical calculations.This neutral radical ligand allowed easy insertion of Zn(Ⅱ),Ga(Ⅲ),and Pd(Ⅱ)ions to produce radical complexes.All these radicals exhibited luminescence-on responses under weak reducing atmosphere,corresponding to the conversion to their aromatic anions.The red fluorescence was observed for BC and its Zn(Ⅱ)and Ga(Ⅲ)complexes,and the near-infrared phosphorescence(>900 nm)was detected for Pd(Ⅱ)complex at room temperature.Furthermore,Ga(Ⅲ)corrole exhibited a variation in fluorescence in response to axial coordination.Our findings provide a promising radical platform for coordination and developing novel functional materials with switchable spin and emission. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)serves an essential role in treating biliary diseases,especially in choledocholithiasis.However,due to the limited human lifespan,there remains a paucity of clinical investigations on ERCP treatment in patients over 90 years old.AIM To explore the effectiveness and safety of ERCP in super-older patients aged≥90 years with choledochal stones.METHODS This study retrospectively analyzed data from patients(aged≥65 years)with choledocholithiasis who received ERCP treatment in our hospital from 2011 to 2023.Among them,patients≥90 years old were in the super-older group,and patients aged 65-89 years were in the older group.Baseline data,including gender,number of stones,stone size,gallbladder stones,periampullary diverti-culum,and common bile duct intubation of patients in the two groups,were mat-ched by adopting the 1:1 propensity score matching method.RESULTS After matching,44 patients were included in both the super-older group and the older group.The incidence of stroke in the super-older group was markedly higher than that in the older group[34.1%(15/44)vs 6.8%(3/44),P=0.008].The success rate of the ERCP procedure in the super-older group was 90.9%(40/44),compared to that in the older group[93.2%(41/44),P=1.000].Although endo-scopic papillary balloon dilation was more frequently used in the super-older group than in the older group[61.4%(27/44)vs 18.2%(8/44),P<0.001],there was no significant difference in terms of stone removal rate,the incidence of complications,mortality,recurrence,and length of hospitalization between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION ERCP is safe and effective in super-older patients≥90 years old with choledocholithiasis. 展开更多

Facile synthesis of single-crystal 3D covalent organic frameworks as stationary phases for high-performance liquid chromatographic separation

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)have demonstrated great potential in chromatographic separation because of unique structure and superior performance.Herein,single-crystal three-dimensional(3D)COFs with regular morphology,good monodispersity and high specific surface area,were used as a stationary phase for high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The single-crystal 3D COFs packed column not only exhibits high efficiency in separating hydrophobic molecules involving substituted benzenes,halogenated benzenes,halogenated nitrobenzenes,aromatic amines,aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and phthalate esters(PAEs),but also achieves baseline separation of acenaphthene and acenaphthylene with similar physical and chemical properties as well as environmental pollutants,which cannot be quickly separated on commercial C18 column and a polycrystalline 3D COFs packed column.Especially,the column efficiency of 17303-24255 plates/m was obtained for PAEs,and the resolution values for acenaphthene and acenaphthylene,and carbamazepine(CBZ)and carbamazepine-10,11-epoxide(CBZEP)were 1.7and 2.2,respectively.This successful application not only confirmed the great potential of the singlecrystal 3D COFs in HPLC separation of the organic molecules,but also facilitates the application of COFs in separation science. 展开更多
