适用于电动汽车锂离子电池的预-主均衡控制策略

Support-lead Equalization Control Strategy for Lithium-ion Batteries in Electric Vehicles

摘要 为了达到仅依靠电池电压就能实现电池均衡的目的,提出了预-主均衡控制策略。设计并制作了电池均衡测试平台,完成了电池均衡控制策略实验研究。结果表明,当电池组处于静态时,预均衡控制策略将电池间电压差值从50mV缩小至25mV,而主均衡控制策略则将电池间电压差值进一步缩小至3mV;当电池组处于动态时,预均衡控制策略将电池间电压差值从30mV缩小至20mV,而主均衡控制策略则将电池间电压差值进一步缩小至6mV。 To achieve the goal of realizing battery equalization by relying only on the battery terminal voltage,the support-lead equalization control strategy is proposed.A battery equalization test platform is designed and fabricated to complete the experimental study of the battery equalization control strategy.The results show that when the battery pack is in static state,the support-equalization strategy narrows the battery voltage difference from 50 mV to 25 mV,while the lead-equalization strategy further narrows the battery voltage difference to 3 mV;when the battery pack is in dynamic state,the support-equalization strategynarrows the battery voltage difference from 30 mV to 20 mV,while the lead-equalization strategy further narrows the battery voltage difference to 6 mV.
