Methods: from March 2019 to December 2020, 200 cases of pediatric children were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine nursing and risk prevention nursing were implemented respectively, and the nursing effect between groups was evaluated and compared. Results: the nursing level of observation group (23.47±2.20) points, service guidance ability (23.11±2.63) points, service attitude (23.27±2.44) points, complaints (22.66±1.17) points, total score (92.51±2.34) points were significantly higher than the control group, that is, P <0.05;The number of very satisfied people in the observation group was 67.00, while that in the control group was 56.00. There was a significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups (96.00:86.00), and there was a significant difference in data between the two groups (P<0.05). Discussion: the application of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management can not only improve the overall clinical nursing quality, but also have a positive role in improving nursing satisfaction, and it is worth promoting.展开更多
