Mitophagy is closely associated with the pathogenesis of secondary spinal cord injury.Abnormal mitophagy may contribute significantly to secondary spinal cord injury,leading to the impaired production of adenosine triphosphate,ion imbalance,the excessive production of reactive oxygen species,neuroinflammation,and neuronal cell death.Therefore,maintaining an appropriate balance of mitophagy is crucial when treating spinal cord injury,as both excessive and insufficient mitophagy can impede recovery.In this review,we summarize the pathological changes associated with spinal cord injury,the mechanisms of mitophagy,and the direct and indirect relationships between mitophagy and spinal cord injury.We also consider therapeutic approaches that target mitophagy for the treatment of spinal cord injury,including ongoing clinical trials and other innovative therapies,such as use of stem cells,nanomaterials,and small molecule polymers.Finally,we highlight the current challenges facing this field and suggest potential directions for future research.The aim of our review is to provide a theoretical reference for future studies targeting mitophagy in the treatment of spinal cord injury. 展开更多

A Promising Strategy for Solvent-Regulated Selective Hydrogenation of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural over Porous Carbon-Supported Ni-ZnO Nanoparticles

Developing biomass platform compounds into high value-added chemicals is a key step in renewable resource utilization.Herein,we report porous carbon-supported Ni-ZnO nanoparticles catalyst(Ni-ZnO/AC)synthesized via low-temperature coprecipitation,exhibiting excellent performance for the selective hydrogenation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF).A linear correlation is first observed between solvent polarity(E_(T)(30))and product selectivity within both polar aprotic and protic solvent classes,suggesting that solvent properties play a vital role in directing reaction pathways.Among these,1,4-dioxane(aprotic)favors the formation of 2,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)furan(BHMF)with 97.5%selectivity,while isopropanol(iPrOH,protic)promotes 2,5-dimethylfuran production with up to 99.5%selectivity.Mechanistic investigations further reveal that beyond polarity,proton-donating ability is critical in facilitating hydrodeoxygenation.iPrOH enables a hydrogen shuttle mechanism where protons assist in hydroxyl group removal,lowering the activation barrier.In contrast,1,4-dioxane,lacking hydrogen bond donors,stabilizes BHMF and hinders further conversion.Density functional theory calculations confirm a lower activation energy in iPrOH(0.60 eV)compared to 1,4-dioxane(1.07 eV).This work offers mechanistic insights and a practical strategy for solvent-mediated control of product selectivity in biomass hydrogenation,highlighting the decisive role of solvent-catalyst-substrate interactions. 展开更多

This study utilizes wet/dry cyclic corrosion testing combined with corrosion big data technology to investigate the mechanism by which chloride ions(Cl^(-))influence the corrosion behavior of 650 MPa high-strength low-alloy(HSLA)steel in industrially polluted environments.The corrosion process of 650 MPa HSLA steel occurred in two distinct stages:an initial corrosion stage and a stable corrosion stage.During the initial phase,the weight loss rate increased rapidly owing to the instability of the rust layer.Notably,this study demonstrated that 650 MPa HSLA steel exhibited superior corrosion resistance in Cl-containing environments.The formation of a corrosion-product film eventually reduced the weight-loss rate.However,the intrusion of Cl^(-)at increasing concentrations gradually destabilized theα/γ^(*)phases of the rust layer,leading to a looser structure and lower polarization resistance(R_(p)).The application of corrosion big data technology in this study facilitated the validation and analysis of the experimental results,offering new insights into the corrosion mechanisms of HSLA steel in chloride-rich environments. 展开更多

The China Space Station Telescope(CSST)is a 2 m space-based optical-UV telescope.Its primary goal is to carry out a high-resolution photometric imaging survey of a 17,500 square degree sky area using the on board Survey Camera.With its wide field of view(1.1 square degrees)and a mosaic imager containing 640 million pixels,studying the different populations of stars within star clusters is highly feasible.The aim of this study is to assess the CSST's ability to distinguish between stellar populations with varying helium abundance levels,with the help of Modules for Experiments in Stellar Astrophysics.The results of the CSST's photometry for these different populations are presented by transferring the models into the CSST Survey Camera photometric system.The findings confirm that helium-enriched stellar populations will have unique patterns in the color-magnitude diagrams under the CSST photometric system,compared to normal stellar populations.The CSST,with its filters and wide field of view of the Survey Camera,provides a new avenue for the study of multiple populations in star clusters. 展开更多

目的:探讨程序性死亡受体配体2(programmed death-ligand 2,PD-L2)和上皮间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)相关指标在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC)中的特征性表达及其影响HNSCC转... 目的:探讨程序性死亡受体配体2(programmed death-ligand 2,PD-L2)和上皮间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)相关指标在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC)中的特征性表达及其影响HNSCC转移的机制。方法:收集2018年1月至2023年7月天津医科大学肿瘤医院94例HNSCC患者肿瘤组织样本,免疫组织化学染色评估PD-L2蛋白的表达水平,统计评估其与淋巴结转移等临床病理参数的相关性。Western blot实验检测HNSCC中PD-L2的表达水平。慢病毒载体构建过表达和敲除PD-L2的稳转单克隆细胞系,Transwell实验探究PD-L2对HNSCC细胞系的侵袭迁移的影响。RNA测序技术确定受PD-L2调控的下游靶基因。通过Western blot分析检测E-cadherin、N-cadherin和Vimentin等关键EMT标志物的表达水平,以阐明PD-L2通过激活EMT通路促进肿瘤细胞转移的分子机制。结果:HNSCC中PD-L2高表达与N分期呈正相关(P<0.05),并且PD-L2高表达预示HNSCC患者预后不良。结论:PD-L2调控EMT促进HNSCC转移,靶向PD-L2有望成为治疗转移性HNSCC新策略。 展开更多

Transition metal carbides,known as MXenes,particularly Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),have been extensively explored as promising materials for electrochemical reactions.However,transition metal carbonitride MXenes with high nitrogen content for electrochemical reactions are rarely reported.In this work,transition metal carbonitride MXenes incorporated with Pt-based electrocatalysts,ranging from single atoms to sub-nanometer dimensions,are explored for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).The fabricated Pt clusters/MXene catalyst exhibits superior HER performance compared to the single-atom-incorporated MXene and commercial Pt/C catalyst in both acidic and alkaline electrolytes.The optimized sample shows low overpotentials of 28,65,and 154 mV at a current densities of 10,100,and 500 m A cm^(-2),a small Tafel slope of 29 m V dec^(-1),a high mass activity of 1203 mA mgPt^(-1)and an excellent turnover frequency of 6.1 s^(-1)in the acidic electrolyte.Density functional theory calculations indicate that this high performance can be attributed to the enhanced active sites,increased surface functional groups,faster charge transfer dynamics,and stronger electronic interaction between Pt and MXene,resulting in optimized hydrogen absorption/desorption toward better HER.This work demonstrates that MXenes with a high content of nitrogen may be promising candidates for various catalytic reactions by incorporating single atoms or clusters. 展开更多

Typhoons can cause large-area blackouts or partial outages of distribution networks.We define a partial outage state in the distribution network as a gray state and propose a gray-start strategy and two-stage distribution network emergency recovery framework.A phase-space reconstruction and stacked integrated model for predicting wind and photovoltaic generation during typhoon disasters is proposed in the first stage.This provides guidance for second-stage post-disaster emergency recovery scheduling.The emergency recovery scheduling model is established in the second stage,and this model is supported by a thermal power-generating unit,mobile emergency generators,and distributed generators.Distributed generation includes wind power generation,photovoltaics,fuel cells,etc.Simultaneously,we con-sider the gray-start based on the pumped storage unit to be an important first step in the emergency recovery strategy.This model is val-idated on the improved IEEE 33 node system,which utilizes data from the 2022 super typhoon“Muifa”in Zhoushan,Zhejiang,China.Simulations indicate the superiority of a gray start with a pumped storage unit and the proposed emergency recovery strategy. 展开更多

The rust layer is a critical factor in determining the corrosion resistance performance of weathering bridge steel.Understanding the evolution mechanism of this rust layer is fundamental for the design and optimization of such steel.This study investigates the evolu-tion of the rust layer on high-Cr-content weathering bridge steel,using an atmospheric corrosion monitoring(ACM)sensor and big data mining techniques in a simulated tropical marine atmosphere.Results reveal that the protective properties of the rust layer follow a peri-odic pattern of“ascending–constant”rather than a continuous ascending.Correlation analysis indicates that this phenomenon is attributed to the introduction of Cr,which promotes the formation of FeCr_(2)O_(4) in the rust layer.FeCr_(2)O_(4) helps prevent chloride ions from penetrating the rust layer,exerting a protective effect.These findings provide a strong scientific foundation for the design and improvement of new high-Cr-content weathering bridge steels. 展开更多

As the most abundant renewable aromatic biopolymer resource on the Earth,lignin has become a cutting-edge research hotspot in clean photocatalysis,thanks to the distinct highest occupied molecular-orbital and lowest unoccupied molecular-orbital energy levels driven by the major β-O-4 linked bonds.However,the complex spatial architecture of functional groups,represented by benzene rings in the 3D intertwined macromolecular chains of lignin,and the challenge of enhancing carrier separation efficiency remain persistent obstacles hindering the development of lignin-based photocatalysts.Herein,a strategy of constructing lignin nanosphere-graphene oxide heterointerfaces(EL-GO)is proposed to comprehensively enhance the efficacy of functional groups and facilitate photoelectron migration modes.The recombination time of lightexcited photoelectrons is effectively prolonged by the π-π interactions between the“Donor site”and“Acceptor site”functional regions,along with the directional migration of photoelectrons between EL and GO.The photocatalytic efficiency of H_(2)O_(2) production using EL-GO is significantly enhanced under the protective mechanism of GO.To assess its potential,a prospect estimation of EL-GO in a lake containing various pollutants and metal ions was conducted,simulating real water conditions.This pioneering engineering effort aims to curb excessive consumption of fossil fuels and explore the green applications of lignin,thereby constructing a“carbon-neutral”feedstock system. 展开更多

Accurate crown control is paramount for ensuring the quality of hot-rolled strip products.Given the multitude of influencing parameters and the intricate coupling and genetic relationships among them,the conventional crown control method is no longer sufficient to meet the precision requirements of schedule-free rolling.To address this limitation,an optimization framework for hot-rolled strip crown control was developed based on model-driven digital twin(MDDT).This framework enhances the strip crown control precision by facilitating collaborative operations among physical entities,virtual models,and functional application layers.In virtual modeling,a data-driven approach that integrates the extreme gradient boosting and the improved Harris hawk optimization algorithm was firstly proposed to fit the relationship between key process parameters and strip crown,and a global-local collaborative training strategy was proposed to enhance the model adaptability to diverse working conditions.Subsequently,the influence of crucial process factors on the virtual model was examined through model responses.Furthermore,a novel optimization mode for crown control based on MDDT was established by aligning and reconstructing both the physical and virtual models,thereby enhancing the crown control precision.Finally,data trials were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed framework.The results indicated that the proposed method exhibited satisfactory performance and could be effectively utilized to improve the crown control precision. 展开更多

Due to the limitations of spatial bandwidth product and data transmission bandwidth,the field of view,resolution,and imaging speed constrain each other in an optical imaging system.Here,a fast-zoom and high-resolution sparse compound-eye camera(CEC)based on dual-end collaborative optimization is proposed,which provides a cost-effective way to break through the trade-off among the field of view,resolution,and imaging speed.In the optical end,a sparse CEC based on liquid lenses is designed,which can realize large-field-of-view imaging in real time,and fast zooming within 5 ms.In the computational end,a disturbed degradation model driven super-resolution network(DDMDSR-Net)is proposed to deal with complex image degradation issues in actual imaging situations,achieving high-robustness and high-fidelity resolution enhancement.Based on the proposed dual-end collaborative optimization framework,the angular resolution of the CEC can be enhanced from 71.6"to 26.0",which provides a solution to realize high-resolution imaging for array camera dispensing with high optical hardware complexity and data transmission bandwidth.Experiments verify the advantages of the CEC based on dual-end collaborative optimization in high-fidelity reconstruction of real scene images,kilometer-level long-distance detection,and dynamic imaging and precise recognition of targets of interest. 展开更多

超滑表面(SLIPS)因其独特的疏液性,被广泛应用于防污防腐、防除冰及液滴操控等领域。然而,这类表面在遭受外界机械磨损后,往往易于导致润滑剂流失,进而削弱乃至完全丧失其疏液特性。鉴于此,本文首先从超滑表面设计的三大原理出发,阐明... 超滑表面(SLIPS)因其独特的疏液性,被广泛应用于防污防腐、防除冰及液滴操控等领域。然而,这类表面在遭受外界机械磨损后,往往易于导致润滑剂流失,进而削弱乃至完全丧失其疏液特性。鉴于此,本文首先从超滑表面设计的三大原理出发,阐明了其在超滑表面设计过程中所发挥的指导作用,并梳理了制备耐久型超滑表面所需的五大关键条件。其次,通过整合国内外研究进展,凝练出三种提升超滑表面耐久性的策略:优化粗糙结构以增强机械稳定性,利用共价接枝技术锚定润滑剂以确保长效润滑,以及建立润滑剂补充机制以维持润滑层持久性,并对其各自的优势和局限性进行了简要评述。最后,基于上述策略的应用瓶颈,指出了当前超滑表面在耐久性提升方面所面临的关键挑战,并据此展望了其未来研究方向,包括优化纳米粗糙基底的设计、拓展聚合物分子刷的功能化设计、开发绿色环保型润滑剂以及从多维度综合提升超滑表面耐久性等,以期为超滑表面的深入研究与应用提供新的思路与途径。 展开更多

目的:探讨结膜印迹细胞学(CIC)检查在过敏性结膜炎(AC)诊断中的价值。方法:采用病例对照研究。将2021-01/02于我科就诊临床诊断为AC的患者40例80眼纳入研究,正常对照组40例80眼,均行双眼上睑CIC检查,观察各组结膜嗜酸性粒细胞的形态和数... 目的:探讨结膜印迹细胞学(CIC)检查在过敏性结膜炎(AC)诊断中的价值。方法:采用病例对照研究。将2021-01/02于我科就诊临床诊断为AC的患者40例80眼纳入研究,正常对照组40例80眼,均行双眼上睑CIC检查,观察各组结膜嗜酸性粒细胞的形态和数量,并进行Tseng分级。比较两组结果的差异,分析AC组患者中性别、年龄、病程对CIC检查嗜酸性粒细胞结果的影响。结果:AC患者上睑CIC检查嗜酸性粒细胞阳性率明显高于正常对照组(χ^(2)=57.744,P<0.001);其Tseng分级等级亦高于正常对照组(Z=-2.453,P<0.05)。性别、年龄、病程对AC组患者CIC检查嗜酸性粒细胞结果没有显著影响(均P>0.05)。结论:CIC检查简单易行,结果客观精确,在AC的诊断中具有良好的应用价值。 展开更多

济生肾气丸辅助西医治疗应用于肾阳虚亏证老年良性前列腺增生的效果观察

目的:探究济生肾气丸辅助西医治疗对肾阳虚亏证老年良性前列腺增生(BPH)的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年5月江苏省人民医院宿迁医院收治的180例老年BPH患者,根据治疗方法分为西医组、中医组和联合组,每组60例,西医组予以坦索罗... 目的:探究济生肾气丸辅助西医治疗对肾阳虚亏证老年良性前列腺增生(BPH)的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年5月江苏省人民医院宿迁医院收治的180例老年BPH患者,根据治疗方法分为西医组、中医组和联合组,每组60例,西医组予以坦索罗辛+非那雄胺治疗,中医组予以济生肾气丸治疗,联合组予以中西医结合治疗。比较3组临床疗效、血清指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6),干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)],尿流动力学指标[最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱残余尿量(RUV)],前列腺体积(PV),国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)。结果:联合组疗效优于西医组和中医组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组主症及次症积分均降低(P<0.05),联合组和中医组均低于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组TNF-α、IL-6、E_(2)/T、PSA、PV、IPSS评分、RUV、PQSI评分减少(P<0.05),联合组低于中医组和西医组(P<0.05),3组Qmax增加(P<0.05),联合组高于中医组和西医组(P<0.05)。结论:济生肾气丸与坦索罗辛、非那雄胺联合用于肾阳虚亏证老年BPH的临床治疗,可有效减轻炎症、调节性激素水平,改善前列腺下尿路症状及尿流动力学情况,从而有效提升疗效,改善生活质量。 展开更多
