摘要
本文以安徽省宿州市新汴河为例,提出在水资源保护、水域岸线管护、水污染防治、水环境治理、水生态修复、执法监管等六方面存在的问题,确定了“一河一策”方案总体目标,设置了相对应的控制性指标,探讨了“一河一策”方案编制工作中应注意的几个问题,为相关工作开展提供参考。
Taking Xinbianhe river in Suzhou city,Anhui province as an example,this paper puts forward the problems in water resources protection,coastal pipeline protection,water pollution prevention and control,water environmental control,water ecological restoration,law enforcement supervision,etc.,then discusses some problems that should be paid attention to in the preparation of“the One River,One Policy”program,and provides references for the related work.
