摘要
本文探究了考研学生不同备考阶段的心态变化特点以及备考阶段的影响因素,为考研学生提供一定的调适方案。文章以攀枝花学院考研学生为例,结合考研备考阶段划分(基础准备期1~6月、系统强化期7~10月、冲刺模拟期11月至考前),分析各阶段心态的特点、成因及影响因素,并提出分阶段调适的方法,以期为考研学生心态调节及备考效率提升提供参考。
This study explores the characteristics of mindset changes and influencing factors of postgraduate entrance examination (PGE) candidates across different preparation stages, and proposes targeted psychological adjustment strategies. Taking candidates from Panzhihua University as the research object, this paper divides the PGE preparation process into three distinct phases: the basic preparation phase (January-June), the systematic reinforcement phase (July-October), and the sprint & simulation phase (November to pre-examination). It further analyzes the characteristics, underlying causes, and influencing factors of candidates’ mindsets in each phase, and puts forward stage-specific adjustment methods. This research is intended to provide practical references for PGE candidates to regulate their psychological states and enhance their preparation efficiency.
