摘要
阿司匹林上市后,COX-2抑制剂进一步发展,成为消炎,镇痛和治疗风湿及类风湿性关节疾病的主流药物。然而,近些年研究发现,COX-2抑制剂不仅能应用于抗炎领域,也可以应用在肿瘤预防和治疗方面。这一点在分子生物学和细胞生物学的研究中也得到了证实。在单独给药和联合用药的研究中,COX-2抑制剂均表现出了良好的肿瘤抑制效果。本文关于COX-2基因的表达,COX-2抑制剂的作用机制和目前的应用的研究进程进行综述。
Since the launch of aspirin,COX-2 inhibitors have further developed into mainstream drugs for anti-inflammatory,analgesic and rheumatic joint diseases.However,studies in recent years have found that COX-2 inhibitors can not only be applied in the field of anti-inflammatory,but also in the field of tumor prevention and treatment.This has been demonstrated in molecular biology and cell biology.COX-2 inhibitors have shown good tumor inhibition effects on both single and combined drug administration studies.In this paper,the expression of COX-2 gene,the mechanism of COX-2 inhibitor and its current application were reviewed.
