摘要
大麻是一种常见的纤维、油料和粮食作物。随着人们对自然环境的重视,世界各国对环保和健康问题的关注程度越来越高,人们逐渐开始对工业大麻进行研究,由于基因工程的快速发展,工业大麻的组织培养技术也不断地被广泛开展研究。本文阐述了工业大麻组织培养的研究进展,以期建立高效的工业大麻再生体系,为转基因及基因编辑技术进行品种改良奠定科学依据和研究基础。
Cannabis sativa L. is an important crop of fiber, oil and food in world. In recent years, people pay attention to the environmental protection and healthy concept with they return to the nature, they have an insight into the characteristics and development of hemp. With the rapid development of genetic engineering, tissue culture of hemp has also been widely applied to the breeding of hemp. The research advances of industrial hemp tissue culture technology were reviewed, which will lay a foundation for cultivating new varieties and genetic transformation of hemp.
