摘要
为探讨大学生羞怯、自尊与自我效能感三者之间的关系以及自尊在羞怯与自我效能感之间的中介作用,采用大学生羞怯量表、自尊量表与一般自我效能感量表对926名在校大学生进行调查。结果表明:1) 自我效能感的年级差异显著,大二的自我效能感得分显著高于大一和大三;2) 羞怯、自尊与自我效能感两两之间均呈显著相关;3) 自尊在羞怯与自我效能感之间起到完全中介作用,即羞怯通过降低自尊进而降低自我效能感。该研究揭示具有羞怯特质的大学生自我效能感降低可能是由于自尊受损。
To explore the relationship among college students’ shyness, self-esteem and self-efficacy, and the mediating role of self-esteem in the relationship between shyness and self-efficacy, this study tested 926 undergraduate students with College Students’ Shyness Scale, Self-Esteem scale and General Self-Efficacy Scale. The results were as followings: 1) the grade difference in self-efficacy was significant, and self-efficacy of sophomores was significantly higher than freshmen and juniors;2) shyness, self-esteem and self-efficacy were significant correlated with each other;3) self-esteem completely mediated the relationship between shyness and self-efficacy, that is to say, shyness had negative effect in self-efficacy by reducing self-esteem. This study revealed that college students with shyness were likely to feel lower self-esteem, which may result in lower self-efficacy.
