摘要
肛肠疾病是外科常见的疾病,而术后疼痛是各种肛肠疾病中较常见的并发症,而如何缓解患者术后疼痛,是临床工作中的重点,针灸在缓解疼痛方面,已经被多数专家认可,本研究就腹针疗法、体针疗法、穴位电刺激、穴位埋线、浮针疗法和董氏奇穴等多种方法,就不同针刺方法治疗肛肠病术后疼痛做一综述。
Anorectal diseases are common surgical diseases, and postoperative pain is a common complication of various anorectal diseases. How to relieve patients’ postoperative pain is the focus of clinical work. Acupuncture has been recognized by most experts in relieving pain. This study provides a review on different acupuncture methods for the treatment of postoperative pain in anorectal diseases, in-cluding abdominal acupuncture, body acupuncture, acupoint electrical stimulation, acupoint catgut embedding, floating acupuncture, and Dong’s odd points.
