摘要
射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)合并房颤(AF)发病率越来越高,是导致心血管疾病死亡的重要原因之一。目前对于HFpEF-AF的发病机制及治疗没有统一的金标准,对其诊疗仍然基于病人的表现和临床工作者的经验。本文就HFpEF-AF的流行病学、发病机制和治疗选择的相关知识做一系统综述。
The increased incidence of ejection fraction preserved heart failure (HFpEF) combined with atrial fibrillation (AF) is increasing, which is one of the important causes of cardiovascular disease mortal-ity. At present, there is no recognized standard for the HFPEF-AF, and the diagnosis and treatment are still based on the manifestations of patients and the clinical experience of worker. This article summarized the epidemiological, pathophysiology, treatment options and prognosis of HFPEF-AF.
