摘要
青少年发病的成人型糖尿病(maturity-onset diabetes of the young, MODY)是一种具有异质性的特殊类型糖尿病,属于常染色体显性遗传病,常被误诊为1型糖尿病及早发2型糖尿病,本文通过对本院1例反复诊治长达7年的MODY3的患者进行病情及治疗方案回顾,有助于提高临床工作者对该病的认识。
Maturity-onset diabetes of the young (MODY) is a special type of diabetes with heterogeneity. It is an autosomal dominant genetic disease, which is often misdiagnosed as type 1 diabetes and early onset of type 2 diabetes. In this paper, a case of MODY3 with repeated diagnosis and treatment in our hospital for 7 years was reviewed, which is helpful to improve the understanding of clinical workers on this disease.
