摘要
类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis:RA)是一种表现为关节肿胀、疼痛、僵硬和功能破坏的免疫性疾病,其病因复杂,病理机制为关节慢性滑膜炎,目前无法治愈。临床常运用毫针、火针、电针等针灸方法来治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)且疗效显著。笔者检索近10年各种经典针刺方法治疗RA的临床研究文献,对其进行整理、归纳和分析,综述不同的针刺方法的临床疗效及作用机制。为临床更好的运用针刺治疗RA作参考和依据。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an immune disease characterized by swelling,pain,stiffness and func-tional destruction of joints.The disease cannot be completely cured.Acupuncture methods such as filiform needle in acupuncture,fire acupuncture,and electric acupuncture are often used to treat rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with remarkable effectiveness.The author searched the clinical research literature of various classical acupuncture methods for the treatment of RA in the past 10 years,compiled,summarized and analyzed them,and reviewed the clinical efficacy and mechanism of ac-tion of different acupuncture methods.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of different acupuncture methods are reviewed to provide reference and basis for better clinical use of acu-puncture for RA.
