摘要
硼中子俘获治疗(Boron Neutron Capture Therapy, BNCT)是中国散裂中子源(China Spallation Neu-tron Source, CSNS)首个直接转化的产业化项目,是一种利用中子射线选择性杀伤肿瘤细胞的全新放射疗法,能有效杀死癌细胞而不损伤周边组织,具有安全性高、定位精准、价格低廉、治疗效果显著等优点,已能成功治疗脑胶质瘤、皮肤恶性黑素瘤等多种肿瘤。现就目前国内外硼中子俘获治疗新技术的研究进展作一综述。
Boron neutron capture therapy is the first direct transformation industrialization project of China spallation neutron source. It is a new radiotherapy that uses neutron rays to kill tumor cells selec-tively and effectively without damaging surrounding tissues. With the advantages of high safety, precise positioning, low price, and remarkable curative effect, it has been able to successfully treat a variety of tumors such as glioma and skin melanoma. This article will review the recent progress of new techniques in boron neutron capture therapy at home and abroad.
