摘要
“十四五”时期我国将进入新发展阶段,人民对美好生活的向往呈现多样化、多层次、多方面的特点,然而飞速发展的社会带来各行各业的“内卷”,居民的生活满意度出现一定下滑,为实现人民美好生活的需要,从职业特征的角度探索生活满意度的影响因素至关重要。本文运用CSS2019的数据,针对城镇男性生活满意度与职业特征之间的关系进行实证检验,研究结果发现,工作安全感、工作专业性等职业特征因素与城镇男性的生活满意度显著相关。
During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, our country will enter a new stage of development. The people’s yearning for a better life is characterized by diversification, multi-level and multi-faceted characteristics. However, the rapidly developing society has brought “involution” from all walks of life, and residents’ life satisfaction has declined to a certain extent. In order to realize the needs of people’s better life, it is very important to explore the influencing factors of life satisfaction from the perspective of occupational characteristics. Using the data of CSS2019, this paper conducts an em-pirical test on the relationship between life satisfaction and occupational characteristics of urban men. The research results show that occupational characteristics such as job satisfaction, job secu-rity, and job professionalism are significantly related to urban men’s life satisfaction.
