摘要
成人教育在近二十年的大发展之后 ,出现了生存危机。“灰领”从本质上说 ,是一种新的具有独立性的智能结构、职业特征的人才类型 ,它标志着中国从学历社会向资格社会的转型已经开始 ,适应这一转型 ,成人教育应另辟“灰”径。
Adult education has met with the crisis of struggling for survival after about 20 years' development. 'Gray collar' is a new type of talent that means independent intellectual ability structure and occupational feature. It marks that China is transforming from academic credentials society to qualification society. Adult education ought to find a fresh way to adapt itself to the new situation.
