摘要
在现代潜器的耐压船体结构设计中 ,广泛采用了锥柱结合壳过渡结构形式。厚板削斜锥壳过渡环是一种新型的加强形式 ,能有效地减小锥柱结合壳处的局部高应力 ,并具有结构重量轻、制造工艺简便、加强效果好等特点。为满足现代潜器的发展需求 ,本文采用迁移矩阵法专用程序 ,对该种加强形式进行了大量的理论计算和分析研究 ,以获得最佳的结构形式和参数 ,为现代潜器应用厚板削斜锥壳过渡环设计提供指导原则。
A cone-cylinder joint transition structure is widely applied in design of modern underwater vehicle′s hull structure.A cone-shaped transition ring made of tapered thick plate is a new-type reinforcement structure that can not only effectively reduce high local stress in the cone-cylinder joint but also reduce the structure′s weight,simplify manufacture process,and have very good reinforcement effect.To meet the demand of the developing modern underwater vehicles,a special-purpose computer program developed in the transference matrix method is used to obtain the most optimal struture forms and parameters and to provide some guidance principles for design of cone-shaped transition ring of tapered thick plate that is applied in modern underwater vehicle.
