摘要
本文应用大系统分解协调法建立地区水资源优化分配数学模型,以递阶动态规划法阐明了求解地区水资源优化分配数学模型的思路,即“化大为小”和“集小成大”,所谓“化大为小”即将复杂的大系统优化问题化为易于求解的“小”系统优化问题,在求解小系统优化问题的基础上,将它们组合起来,利用动态规划法逐级优化,求出原复杂大系统问题的最优解,并以实例说明模型的求解过程。本模型更适于求解非线性、多变量、多约束的复杂大系统问题,适用于不同地区水资源优化分配。
By using the decomposition-coordination principle,the optimal allocation model is established in the paper.The train of though for solving the model is introduced by Hierarchical Dynamic Pro- gramming(?)i.e.“breaking up a major part into minor parts”and“putting minor parts together into a major part”.Breaking up a major part into minor parts means that the complicated large-system is broken up into several minor subsystems so as to obtain local optimal solutions.Putting minor parts to- gether into a major part means that the obtained local optimal solutions are put together through their connections so as to obtain the overall optimal solution by adopting the method of hierarchical dynamic programming.The procces to solve the model is introduced through an example.The model is suitable for the solution of complicated multipurpose large-system problems involving non-linearity,mumerous variables and various restraints and can be used for different basins.
