用数值优化的方法,对具有射线式特性的感载阀进行了分析计算,使实际制动力分配线(β线)与理想制动力分配线(I线)的方差和为最小,并满足了欧共体EEC/ECE制动法规对附着系数、制动压力与制动强度的要求。
An analytical calculation for a load sensing valve, whose characteristic features a radial line, is carried out by the aid of numerical optimization. As a result, the variance sum between the actual and ideal brake load distribution lines is minimized (β line stand for the former, I line the later), and the requirements of adhesive coefficient, braking power and braking severity stipulated in EEC/ECE braking regulations is met.
