摘要
介绍经UHP电弧炉 +LF +CC工艺路线冶炼T10A钢种的工艺方法 ,从对该钢种机械性能的要求出发 ,分析了冶炼、精炼、连铸应采取的技术措施 ;并对一些重要的工艺参数进行了探讨 ;试生产结果表明 ,连铸坯质量较好 。
Introducing the smelting process for T10A steel Via UHP EAF+LF+CC and considering the requirements for mechanical property of this steel, some necessary technical measurements in smelting, refining and casting processes are analyzed and some main technical parameters are also discussed. The results of commissioning show that cast slabs have good quality without any obviouse defects.
