摘要
采用西仪厂新研制的微机控制下多道COPJ-A型碳氧比能谱测井仪模型机,在含油饱和度不同的石英砂模型井中进行快中子非弹性散射γ全能谱和热中子俘获γ全能谱测井实验并对能谱数据进行脱机处理与分析。如采用谱数据处理方法可提高油、水层分辨率。充分利用γ能谱数据和Si/Ca、Si/Si+Ca,Cl/H等比值综合解释岩性、孔隙度和水矿化度能确切地评价地层。为油田的动态分析和二次采油提供地质参数。能谱量的刻度方法对各比值结果影响较大,采用直线多点和二次曲线多点作最小二乘法能量刻度较好。

WLT, 1993, 17(5): 349~356 Experiments on fast neutron inelastic scattering gamma log and thermal neutron capture gamma spectroscopy log have been made with a mock-up of XPEIC COPJ-A C/O tool in quartz sand test pits with different oil saturation. Then off-line process of spectrum data is made. The result proves that spectrum analysis is very useful in improving resolution of oil-water bearing zones, and that ratios of gamma spectrum to Si/Ca, Si/Si+Ca and Cl/H is useful in determining lithology, porosity and water salinity so as to evaluate formation more precisely and provide geology parameters for dynamic analysis and secondary oil-recovery. It is better to use straight line multi-points and secondary curve multi-points for the least square spectra caliberation because spectrum caliberation (method) has great effect on the above mentioned ratios.
