市场竞争日趋激烈,企业更需要用现代的营销理论来指导生产与经营。本文通过剖析营销观念中的“顾客至上”的观点,探讨了“顾客至上”这一营销原则在实施过程中应注意的问题:用活“顾客至上”这一营销理念,更好地为企业和顾客服务。
With the fierce competition of the market, enterprises need modern marketing theory to guide the production and management. This paper analyzes the view of Customers First and discusses out the problems worth considering in implementing. We should take advantage of the view to better serve enterprises and customers.
