摘要
氧化沟技术是一种改良的活性污泥技术,具有针对性强、耐高负荷冲击、处理效果稳定性好、维护管理方便以 及工程投资和运行费用相对较低的特点,在国内工业废水和生活污水处理中得到较广泛应用,尤其是在国内 制革企业废水处理中几乎都采用此技术,但氧化沟的设计是依据容积负荷、污泥龄等参数,未考虑沟内水体 的流动状况。本文采用k-ε紊流数学模型对卡鲁塞尔(Carrousel)氧化沟的流场及水力学进行了分析计算,模拟了氧化沟水体的流动状态,其结果对于评价氧化沟的结构和运行方式具有十分重要的指导作用。
Oxidation ditch is an improved activated sludge technology, which has definite purpose, high load, steady treating results, lower project investment and operating cost. It is an extensive application on wastewater treatment from industry to city. Especially, tannery effluents are almost applied the oxidation ditch technology. Up to dste, the design of oxidation ditch is depended on some parameters such as volume load (Nv) and activated sludge age, don' t involve in the flow condition of water body in the ditch. Hydraulics on Carrousel oxidation ditch is analyzed and the flow field is simulated according to k -ε turbulent mathematical model. The flow condition of water body is simulated in the oxidation ditch. The result possesses a very important guiding function for evaluating the construc-tion and operation state of the oxidation ditch.
