盐碱胁迫对苜蓿萌发种子呼吸代谢的影响 被引量:18

EFFECTS OF SALT AND ALKALI STRESS ON THE RESPIRATORY METABOLISM OF THE GERMINATING SEEDS OF MEDICAGO SATIVAL.

摘要 通过对含不同浓度 NaCl、NaHCO_3和 Na_2CO_3的营养液中培养24小时的苜蓿种子表观呼吸强度的研究,结果表明,不同浓度的同一盐碱对各条呼吸代谢途径抑制剂处理后的表观呼吸强度的影响与总呼吸有相似规律。因盐、碱不同,苜蓿种子分别在含500ppmNaCl、1000ppmNaHCO_3和125pprnNa_2CO_3营养液中呼吸强度最高,而在含125ppm 的 NaCl、NaHCO_3和 Na_2CO_3的营养液中均具有一盐呼吸峰。说明不同盐碱对呼吸代谢的影响是不同的。 The apparent respiration intensity of the seeds of Medicago sativa L.which have been cultivated in the culture solution that contained different concentration of NaCl,NaHCO_3 and NaCO_3 was studied.The result showed that effects of different concentration of the same salt on apparent respiration intensity of the gen minating seeds that have been treated by inhibitors(Na_3PO_4,KCN,malonic acid and iodoacetic acid)were similar to that of the total respiration intensity.Because of being treated by different salt,the maximum respiration intensity of the germinating seeds appeared in which cultured in 500 ppm NaCl,1000ppm Na_2CO_3,125ppm NaHCO_2.There is a“salt respiration peak”in each salt solution in which the concentra- tion is 125pom.These indicated that the effects of different salts on the respiration metabolism were differ- ent.
