摘要
对三种不同配比的硼铅丹延期药B1、B2和B4进行了DTA、TG和DSC TG热分析,研究了硼铅丹延期药的预点火反应。指出其反应机理为固 固相反应,反应主要集中在350℃附近及450℃附近,推导出零氧平衡时的化学反应方程式并利用X射线衍射分析对燃烧产物进行了验证。
DTA,TG and DSC-TG analysis are used to study the pre-ignition reaction of B/Pb_3O_4 pyrotechnic delay compositions B1,B2 and B4.The reaction residues are determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The reaction mechanism is proved to be a solid-to-solid reaction which starts mainly at temperatures about 350 ℃ and 450 ℃. The chemical reaction formula in stoichiometry is proposed.
