摘要
目的 :探讨将GP -0 84泡沫硅橡胶和SY -1硅橡胶组成的三明治结构用于颌面赝复体的制作 ,减小赝复体质量与硬度的可行性。方法 :对比测试SY -1硅橡胶和GP -0 84泡沫硅橡胶的密度 ,计算同等体积三明治结构硅橡胶和SY -1硅橡胶称量的差异 ;分别测定SY -1硅橡胶、GP -0 84泡沫硅橡胶、三明治结构硅橡胶的邵氏硬度 ,观察应用泡沫硅橡胶后硬度降低程度。结果 :GP -0 84泡沫硅橡胶的密度是( 0 .411± 0 .0 0 3 )× 10 3 kg/m3 ,显著低于SY -1硅橡胶密度〔( 1.2 45± 0 .0 2 4)× 10 3 kg/m3 〕 ,三明治结构硅橡胶比SY -1硅橡胶轻 45 .46% ;三明治结构的邵氏硬度为 2 0± 2 .2 ,低于SY -1硅橡胶 ( 2 4± 3 .6)。结论 :将GP -0 84泡沫硅橡胶结合SY
Objective: To study the feasibility of sandwich structure made by GP-084 cellular silicone rubber and SY-1 silicone elastomer in preparing facial prostheses. Methods: Samples of SY-1 silicone or GP-084 or sandwich of both were made in the size of 100 cm 2. Sandwich structure was made of SY-1 silicone as the top and bottom lyers of 1 mm in thickness and GP-084 cellular silicone as the middle layer of 23 mm in thickness. The weight density and Shore﹝A﹞hardness of the samples were measured. Results: The weight density (×10 3 kg/m 2) of GP-084, SY-1 silicone rubber and the sandwich structure was 0.411± 0.003, 1.245±0.024 and 0.679± 0.002 respectively(P< 0.01); Shore ﹝A﹞ hardness of the three kinds of samples was 15±2.4, 24±3.6 and 20±2.2 respectively(P< 0.01).Conclusion: The structure of sandwich of GP-084 and SY-1 silicone elastomer can effectively reduce the weight and hardness of facial prostheses.
