摘要
通过计算数字摄影中每个像素点代表的真实面积和图像所占有的像素数量,可以计算出图像的面积。基于此原理,提供了利用数码相机快速获得植物叶片图像并准确测定叶面积的新方法。该方法适用于对多种植物叶面积进行活体或采摘后的精确测量,尤其适于大量叶面积的测量工作。利用该方法测量具有速度快、数据准确、精度高的特点。
A new method was provided to obtain the image of leaf and survey the leaf area with rapidity and accuracy by means of digital camera based on the theory of getting leaf area with the true area each pixel spot standing for and the pixel quantity. This new method was suitable for accurate measuring of many kinds of plant leaf area whether it was the living leaf or it was picked up, especially for large amount of leaf area. This method had the characteristics of fast speed, accurate data and high precision.
