指出当前车用柴油机气门失效的严重性;提出主要的失效模式;阐明解决失效应重点从机械应力出发;从设计、制造和使用三方面对失效原因进行分析,并提出改进意见。
The article points out the seriousness of losing-efficacy of the current vehicle diesel engine valve and puts forward the
main modes. It expounds that the focal point for solving the losing efficacy problem lies in mechanical stres. It also analyzes the
reasons of losing efficacy in design, manufacturing and use. An opinion for improvement is put forward.
