摘要
提出了一种全新的、基于螺旋线方程的螺旋板换热器板长解析计算方法,给出该算法的计算公式以及公式的导出过程,并结合具体算例对新算法与传统算法的计算结果进行了比较。新算法简单、实用,而且可以方便地实现任意螺旋角条件下,由螺旋角到板长和由板长到螺旋角的正逆双向计算。
This paper introduces a new analytic technique of plate length calculation in spiral plate heat exchanger's design, basing on spiral curve equation. The calculation formula is presented with deduction, and followed by calculation illustration comparisons with traditional plate length calculation technique. This new technique is simple and practical. With it, it is easy to perform two-way calculation between spiral angle and plate length in any spiral angle cases. Figs 3,table 1 and refs 4.
