摘要
作为新的革取技术,超临界流体革取、微波革取、双水相革取具有许多优点。介绍了这几种革取技术的机理,综述了其在食品工业中的应用,讨论了它们的工业化应用前景及存在的问题,以期加速其在食品工业中的应用。
AS new kinds of extract techniques, Supereritical Fluid Extraction, Microwave Extraction,Aqueous two-phase Extraction have many advantages. In this paper,all these techniques are introduced,the application in food industry are reviewed. The industralization prospects and existing problems of these technology are also discussd,in order to popularize its application in food industry.
