摘要
为了有效地降低工程造价 ,提高资金的使用效率 ,就工程质量下降的原因进行了分析 ,阐述了工程造价管理工作的重点 ,指出完善招投标制、加强工程造价管理是确保工程质量的重要环节。
In order to reduce engineering cost and improve the utilization ratio of fund the reasons caused the declining quality are analyzed; in addition,the major work for cost management are elaborated. Author pints out that engineering cost management plays an important role in ensure engineering quality.
