摘要
目的总结晚期食管癌病人同步放、化疗毒性反应及相关护理。方法对 4 0例病人采用 6MVX射线放疗的同时联合应用PF方案 (DDP、FU)化疗 ,治疗期间密切观察病人的毒性反应 ,并做相应的护理。结果 4 0例病人的毒性反应主要表现为血液学、胃肠道、食管粘膜、放射性皮肤及肾脏毒性反应 ,以胃肠道反应和食管粘膜炎发生率高、程度重。通过心理、饮食及预防感染等方面的护理 ,病人毒性反应有不同程度的减轻 ,均完成治疗。结论同步放、化疗病人的毒性反应较重 ,但针对不同的毒性反应进行特别护理 ,可减轻毒性反应。
Objective To observe toxicities of concurrent chemo-radiotherapy in patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma and relative nursing methods.Methods Forty patients were treated by radiotherapy with 6-MV X-rays and chemotherapy with PF regimen(DDP、FU)concurrently.During the treatment,toxicity was observed carefully and relative nursing methods were used.Results The toxicities of 40 patients mainly lay in hematology, gastrointestinal tract, esophageal mucositis, dermatitis in irradiation field, and kidney. The incidences of gastrointestinal tract reaction and esophageal mucositis were higher, and the degrees were more serious, too.At last,all patients smoothly finished the treatment by the nursing measures of mentality, diet, protecting infection etc.Conclusion Concurrent chemo-radiotherapy in patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma induced more serious toxicity.However, by corresponding nursing measures,the toxicities, especially for gastrointestinal affects and esophageal mucositis,can be prevented and alleviated.
