摘要
以间隙为 1 .0 mm和 1 .5 mm的环形狭缝通道中流动沸腾传热的实验数据为基础 ,分析了影响过冷沸腾起始点热负荷的主要因素 ,给出了计算环形狭缝通道中流动沸腾传热过冷沸腾起始点的经验关联式 ,并将计算结果与实验值进行了比较。该关联式可以用来预测实验范围内的过冷沸腾起始点的热负荷。
The main factors affecting the heat flux of the onset of nucleate boiling q ONB were analyzed, based on the experimental data of flow boiling heat transfer in narrow annular channels with 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm of the gap sizes. The empirical correlation for calculating subcooled boiling incipience in flow boiling heat transfer through narrow annular channels was obtained. Comparison of the experimental and calculating results indicates that the empirical correlation could be used to predict the heat flux of the onset of nucleate boiling within the range of the experiments.
