摘要
为了实现对既有偏斜建筑物的纠倾扶正 ,提出并运用了地基土体刚度调节的概念 ,重点分析了调节器设计参数的确定原理。通过湿陷性黄土地区某条形基础砖混住宅楼纠倾的成功实践 。
The Concept of adjusting stiffness of subsoil body is presented and practiced in order to rectify the inclined buildings. The principle about determining the design parameter is mainly focused on. The proposed method is proved very feasible by the successful implementation to an inclined masonry building in the collapsible loess region.
