摘要
目的评价直肠壶腹成形术在低位直肠癌前切除术中对改善患者排便功能的作用。方法回顾分析2001年11月至2003年6月期间,21例患者在低位直肠癌手术中应用直肠壶腹成形术的临床资料。结果本组21例患者,均行一期吻合,未行结肠或回肠预防性造瘘。有1例出现吻合口瘘的临床症状,术后6例患者日排便次数为5～10次,1例10次以上;8例稀便,4例夜间便逸,12例不能控制稀便气体,11例便急。3个月后排便功能恢复至接近正常。未发现壶腹炎、吻合口狭窄。结论直肠壶腹成形术应用在低位直肠癌手术中,操作简单,安全可靠,能明显改善排便功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of plastic operation of ampulla after anterior resection for low rectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients which underwent plastic operation of rectal ampulla between November 2001 and June 2003 were analyzed. Results There was one anastomotic leakage in this group of 21 patients. Bowel dysfunction was found in the half of these patients, but bowel function recovered three months later. No anastomotic stricture related to the technique was found in this group. Conclusion Plastic operation of ampulla after low anterior resection can significantly improve the bowel function without increasing complication rate.
