摘要
中国是市场经济刚刚起步的国家,政府管制仍是保障经济健康运行的主要手段。从世界经济发展趋势和我国目前经济状况看,政府管制还存在一些不合理因素。我国的政府管制要同政府职能转变相结合,要对政府职能与经济主体的职能合理定位,突出管制重点,改进管制方法,提高管制效率,以保障市场经济的公平健康发展。
China is a country which just starts market economy. The government control is the main tactic for keeping the economy developing healthily. From the world tendency and our country's condition, there are some unsuitable factors need to be solved. Our government should combine control with function, keep the government function and market in a suitable position, emphasize the control, improve the control method and enhance the control efficiency, which keeps the market developing fairly and healthily.
