摘要
本文通过某柴油机设计和实际情况的调查分析 ,从散热量和润滑承载两方面对机油系统进行了核算 ,指出机油系统设计的裕度偏小可能是造成柴油机机油温度高的原因。并对冷却系统进行了分析探讨 ,提出降低柴油机机油温度的建议。
Based on investigation and analysis of one diesel designing and practical situation, the key problem for the oil higher temperature maybe due to insufficiency of the lube oil system after calculation from both heat rejection and load bearing. Measures to reduce the temperature of oil are suggested after concurrent analysis of cooling system.
