摘要
从细穗玄参(ScrofellachinensisMaxim.)全草中分离并鉴定了8个化合物。利用光谱(MS、NMR、UV)和化学方法分别鉴定为5,7,3′-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮(1)、3,5-二羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(2)、5,6,7-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(6)、对苯酚(7)及二十九碳脂肪酸(8)。8个化合物均为首次从该植物中发现。
The uniqe plant of Scrofella chinensis Maxim.,belonging to Scrofella Maxim. of Scrophulariaceae is anendemic species of China.It is used as traditional medicine.Eight compounds (1~8) were isolated from the EtoAc soluble part of the whole plant of S.chinensis.Their structures were identified as 5,7,3′-trihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone (1),3,5-dihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone (2),5,6,7-trihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone (3),β-sitesterol (4),β-sitesterol-3-O-glycoside (5),4-methoxylbenzoic acid (6),1,4-benzenediol (7) and C_(29)fat acid (8),respectively,on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.It is the first time to report chemical constituents from this plant.
