摘要
罢免权是基层民主的基本保证。罢免权在村民自治中的困境 ,源自于法律制度上的缺陷 ,民主意识的缺位 ,但最主要的原因是村民在与其他政治主体的利益博弈中处于弱势地位。
The villager's right of recall is the basic guarantee of the democracy at the grass-roots level. The present predicament of the right of recall in the course of villager-autonomy is caused by the defects of law, the lack of awareness of democracy, especially the villagers' incapability in the game of fighting for interest.
