摘要
城市精神是城市的价值追求和精神支柱 ,是城市综合竞争力的核心力量。大力推进城市化的过程 ,也是大力培育城市精神 ,用城市精神引领人民群众奋发图强的过程。城市理想、市民的公共理性和法制道德观念等 ,从意识形态的层面推动着城市的发展。
The city spirit is the value pursuit and spirit pillar of a city. It is also the core force of overall competitive power of a city. The process of urbanization promotion is also the process of city spirit cultivation and the process of leading city people working hard for the prosperity. City ideal, citizens' public rationalism and legal system as well as morality concepts push city forward from ideological level.
