摘要
技术创新是国家和企业维持经济高速发展的不竭动力,创新则兴,不创新则亡,这是市场竞争的无情法则。技术创新成果要实现权利化、资本化、商品化和市场化,运用知识产权制度的保护尤为重要。随着高新技术的快速发展,技术创新成果处于科技前沿及多样化,使知识产权法律制度正面临着重大的影响和挑战。面临高新技术快速发展,各国加速了对知识产权法的立法和修改,使知识产权对技术创新成果的保护呈现出多样化的趋势。
Technological innovation is everlasting motive for a country or an enterprise to keep rapid economic development. Innovation symbolizes prosperity and non-innovation symbolizes dying, which is a merciless law of market competition. The outcome of technological innovation should be realized in patent, capital, commodity and market and be protected by intellectual property rights system. With rapid development of high-tech, the outcome of technological innovation is in forward position and diversified, which makes intellectual property rights law system face important influence and challenge. Faced with rapid development of high-tech, every country accelerates its legislation and revision of intellectual property rights, which makes intellectual property rights protect the outcomes of technological innovation in diversified ways.
