摘要
华人华侨经济的快速增长状况与当时世界经济形势和国家政治经济政策的取向有很大关系。上世纪八十年代以后,亚太地区的区域性国际分工格局发生了急剧的变化,东盟国家作为有利的商品和投资市场前景被看好。东盟国家为吸引外资,进一步放宽对外资的限制,纷纷制定了条件更为优惠的外资政策,使东盟各国经济发展的环境趋好,诱发了八十年代下半期以后对东盟国家的投资热潮。
Rapid economic growth situation of overseas Chinese was closely related to world economic situation then and national politics and economy policy. Since the 1980s, regional international division of labor situation has changed a lot in the Asian-Pacific region and the market of profitable goods and speculation in East Union countries has a good prospect. In order to attract foreign capital, East Union countries further lowered the threshold for foreign capital and made more favorable foreign capital policy, which made better environment of economic development in East Union countries and induced investment tide in East Union countries in the second half of the 1980s.
