影响香料烟糖和烟碱含量的因素 被引量:2

Factors that affect sugar and nicotine content in oriental tobacco

摘要 本文从遗传、土壤、栽培和调制方面对影响香料烟糖和烟碱含量因素的报道进行了综合分析。文中指出,香料烟的糖含量呈超显性遗传,而烟碱含量呈现完全显性遗传,并且总糖含量受加性效应的影响。土壤水分、土壤pH值、土壤类型对香料烟糖和烟碱含量均有影响。糖含量与施氮量呈负相关,烟碱含量与施氮量呈正相关,增加磷钾肥对烟碱和糖含量有影响。不同的采收方式和不同的调制措施对香料烟叶片中糖和烟碱含量均有影响。因此,可从栽培措施和调制措施等多方面对烟碱和糖含量进行综合调控。 The paper reviewed the factors that controled the content of sugar and nicotine in oriental tobacco, the factors included genetic factors , soil, culture practice and curing practice. The sugar content were controlled byboth additive and dominant genes, the nicotine content showed complete dominace. Water content in soil, soil pH value and soil type also affect the content of sugar and nicotine. In the culture practice, N rate negatively correlated with sugar content, while positively correlated with nicotine content, and potassium and phosphorous fertilizer could affected the content of sugar and nicotine in oriental tobacco, B, Zn and Ca and other culture practice could also affect the content of sugar and nicotine in oriental tobacco. On the harvesting and curing practice side, different practice of harvesting and curing would result in different content of sugar and nicotine. So we could control the content of sugar and nicotine in oriental tobacco by breeding, culture practice and curing practice.
