摘要
股权结构是公司治理结构的基础。文章针对我国上市公司股权结构存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以期能为我国上市公司股权结构乃至治理结构的健全和完善提供有益参考。
Structure of stock ownership is a primary factor of the managerial system of a company. As to the problems with the listed Chinese corporations, this paper offers readers solutions to the problems and the improvement of the structure of stock ownership of the listed corporations as well as the managerial system.
