摘要
通过L9(33 )正交试验 ,影响紫椴硬枝扦插生根的主要因素是穗条母株年龄 ,其次是激素的浓度 ,最佳组合筛选是采用 1～ 2年生枝条 ,用质量分数为 1.0× 10 -4的ABT生根粉催根处理 2 4h ,最高生根率达 82 .6 % ;通过L16(4 4 )正交试验影响嫩枝扦插生根的主要因素也是穗条母株年龄和激素浓度 ,经方差分析均达显著水平 ,最佳组合筛选出 1～ 2年生超级苗 ,采用ABT(质量分数为 1.0× 10 -4) +NAA(质量分数为 5 .0× 10 -5)处理 8h ,生根率最高 ,达88.5 %。
In L_9(3~3) orthogonal experiment the optimum combinations were screened with 1～2 annual branches and ABT rhizocaline powder (mass fraction 1.0×10^(-4)) and accelerating treatment for 24 hours.The most rooting rate was 82.6%; In L_(16)(4~4) orthogonal experiment 1～2 annual superior seedlings were screened out from the optimum combinations using ABT(mass fraction 1.0×10^(-4)) + NAA (mass fraction 5.0×10^(-5))treated for 8 hours,the rooting rate was up to 88.5%.
