摘要
对入世后我国花生产业有关问题进行了分析。通过国内外市场价格、产量、出口量等数据比较,提出发展花生生产对满足国内油料供应,减少油料进口,防范转基因产品风险,增加农民收入,解决农村劳动力剩余和促进西部开发等问题的重大意义,指出花生是入世后我国参与国际竞争的重要产业。从花生生产、品种、食品安全、加工和贸易等分析了制约花生生产发展的主要问题,并提出解决对策和建议。
The thesis analyzed the problems of Chinese peanut industry since our country has joined the WTO. According to the comparison of the datas of domestic and abroad market prices, harvest yield and export amount etc, point out that expanding peanut production can fulfill the vegetable oil supply, and reduce the import of oil seeds, prevent the risk of genetic modified organism, increase the income of peasants, resolving the spare labor force in the rural and accelerate the exploitation in the West; peanut is one of the important competent industry after China joined the WTO. By the same time, the thesis also analyzed the prime problems which restricting the development of peanut production especially the peanut export such as planting, variety, food safety, processing and trading etc., then pointed out the countermeasures and advice to solve the problems. This thesis will be benefit to Chinese peanut industry.
